This place is horrible don't drop off any Amazon package they will complain about not taping your package. I never have any problem at the other UPS stores for Amazon returns. The dude is mentally lazy and rude
Try the one in Flowery Branch at Kroger's shopping center, it's much better.

I do not understand the numerous low ratings for this UPS Store. Every time I have dealt with them, they have always been cordial, professional, helpful and efficient. I am very pleased with the service I receive each and every time I've used this store. I've never had a negative experience. Keep doing what you are doing!

I only use this store because it’s the closest to me. Employees are always rude. About a year or so ago now I went in DURING the operating hours listed on the door, as I went to enter a man not in uniform tells me I can’t come in they are closing. When I asked him who told him that cause he was clearly not an employee - he said he made the decision because, he was the father of the only (GROWN adult male) working that day & he was making the decision to lock the door because his son was too overwhelmed. When I asked for the number to a manager he refused to give me any info....I was the only person there, the place was empty… ever since then, i get in & get out with as little talking as possible because they are the rudest bunch of guys I’ve ever dealt with in a business. And there’s never Manager.

I love this place! It is conveniently located in the shopping center not far from my home right beside a grocery store and a gas station. I can pick up my mail, mail packages, do grocery and fill up my car all in the same shopping trip. The associates are always helpful and friendly.
There is also a hair salon, pet shop & hospital, florist and a massage parlor and an eatery in the same center.
*** Only downside is the exit onto the main hwy 211, it is confusing with the ongoing road work and diversions to say the least. It is extremely hard at certain times of the day to get out of here. Its also a very accident prone area. Take care when driving out of here!

This indian guy is the worst ever that I never had this experience in any UPS on my entire life.
He literally did not say anything to me for entire time of processing packages.

Young gentlemen in at the store on May 20th 2024 at 10:30 am was rude when a package from Amazon was brought in to drop off. The part was not in a box. Th box issue was my issue I assume and I will take responsibility for that, however the Associate in the store was short and rudely said I would have to buy a box to put it in. I ask why and he rudely told me it was too heavy and I had to buy a box.
I expressed my displeasure and said I wouldn't be coming back to this store. He replied good. I ask if the store was corporate or franchised so i could provide feedback as a fellow business owner. He said it wasn't important.
If this employee doesn't like his job maybe he should be working somewhere else where he doesn't have to work with the public. He is definitely not what I would want representing my company.
