I put in a request for package pickup for 2 packages for the next day and got a confirmation that the request was received. The next day I got an email saying they picked up the packages, but no one had ever shown up. Three mail days later they STILL sit in my mailbox. They actually LIED and said they picked up when they didn't, and STILL haven't picked up. This is not the first time this has happened. My mail person does not show up at least one or two days every week, so I have to make these requests, and now they STILL don't show up! I have an online business and this is costing me money and hurting my business. USPS has become completely unreliable and a huge disappointment. Surely they can fire these incompetent people and find honest people willing to do the job right to replace them. This is beyond unacceptable. Also, they make sure there is no way to contact them and filing a complaint is a huge hassle. Something needs to be done about how horrible they have become.

absolutely one of the worst post offices I have ever had to use. the left a parcel key in my mailbox for a parcel that was not able to be used. damaged broken

Cooper bridge Rd does not even get mail delivery. I have called the post office. Ran about a week,now nothing.

Incompetent workers or sketchy. My package was supposedly "handed off to an individual at the residence" per USPS website. It was NOT, as seen on my ring camera. Did some calls around and was told it was in the mailbox, which it was not because I had already checked. However, there were two other packages that were also delivered THE SAME DAY, along with some other mail. Being that my package was international, it should've been delivered to my door. If it does not show up I WILL be filing a police report. There is absolutely NO REASON why 2 out of 3 packages were placed in the mailbox and marked as "delivered to mailbox" and a very important package has now been misplaced. Unless the package grew legs and WALKED out of the mailbox, these people are SHADY OR NOT CAPABLE OF DOING THEIR JOBS.

Worst disorganized and unprofessional group of people. And their supervisor Melanie is the worst of them all. If they lost a package consider it lost for good.

Not a location for customers. Pick up only if they ASK you and watch the closing times! I’m sure that they are frustrated with people thinking they are a regular post office, but they are NOT friendly.

Absolutely the worst. Sometimes the mail carrier doesn't even deliver items. We get an email every day showing us what is going to be delivered that day. Half the time it doesn't show up for 2 or 3 days. This place is a poor excuse

This is just a sorting and package handling facility. It is NOT a normal post office.But if you do have an issue, the staff will try their best to solve it. I had a lost package, and within 20-30 minutes they had searched multiple routes and found it.

Very petty mail delivery driver on Mondays and any other day she fills in for the regular route driver. I asked her to make sure she closes my mailbox when she inserts my mail. She babbled about things unrelated to what I asked. Now every time she delivers my mail, my camera clearly shows she’s leaving my mailbox open on purpose. Some people are just miserable for no reason. I have footage so in the event my mailbox gets damaged as a result of her ignorance, no problem, I will turn over the footage and bill to the post office.

The mail delivery in the area by Jackson County High School is horrible. Mail carrier cannot properly sort mail or packages. Mail gets placed in wrong box and packages delivered at wrong address. Why is it so hard to match the numbers on package/ mail to the box or home??? The worst service !!

The worst. They do not offer any retail services. Unless you already have paid for shipping somewhere else, you are wasting your time here. But if you DID already pay it means you were already at a different post office to begin with. So what point do these guys serve?
