The team was friendly and efficient. The work was quick. It's not the cheapest option but it's fast and timely.
It's close to my house and everything is very clean and organized.
However, I changed my address and I wasn't warned that I could update my address.
Also my name was misspelled and I didn't notice it until I got home. But overall the service is good.

They could have actually done the job! My son has a modified (lowered) car, this same valvoline shop has done oil changes on his car in the past (with it lowered). This time he pulled up, they looked at it and said they wouldn't do it. I was the passenger and explained they have done it before and showed them their sticker in the windshield. The workers response was simple "New management" and walked away, leaving us to back out and find a new place to get his oil changed. I will be taking my sons car and our two others to another business.
