“I came from out of town to get my daughters Kia that went into limp mode. It was late in the afternoon but he told me they’d get on it right away. First thing the next morning they called and told me they’d ran a battery of diagnostics on it and the engine was bad at 160,000 miles and and instead of charging me $2500+ like most other places they referred me to the Kia dealer with a recall notice and told me to have it towed because they would replace it and do the work for free! I asked how much I owed them and they said no charge! I can’t believe there are actual honest good mechanics left. I’m totally impressed and appreciate their quickness considering every bay already had cars being worked on and there were plenty of Stye and County Vehicles there for service as well! They were especially kind to my daughter and this out of town Dad and their service and the extra work put into finding the recall information and codes I needed to turn into Kia was much more than any other dealer would have done. Other dealers probably would have told me to look the recall up myself! I highly recommend KP automotive and even though I live 2.5 hours away I will definitely take my vehicles to them. What a great bunch of folks there! I had several auto places to choose from but I’m glad I landed at the BEST one!”

“Great people & great work at Bremen Body Shop! Our automatic sliding door (Honda Odyssey van) recently stopped working. In trying to close it manually, my wife & son damaged the track. I brought it in, and Mr. Bacon & another gentleman were able to straighten the track (as well as an inside roller that had gotten bent) & had it working like new in less than 45 minutes. Most places around here won't even touch automatic sliding van doors; they just refer you to the overpriced dealer. But Bremen Body Shop had it working like new in less than an hour! And the folks there are always so friendly. I always recommend them to anyone needing autobody work done.”

There was a problem with the delivery of my tires, so my appointment got cancelled (not Walmarts fault). These two worked with me for over an hour to figure out how to get tires put on my car today through affirm. Because my last tire purchase refund wouldn’t hit my account for ten days.
