Doesn't seem to offer normal bank services. If you're trying to get change or cash a bond they don't provide that service. Then they are never pleasant. I opened this account to have a bank that was in the area when we moved to Bremen. I will be closing my account.

I’ve always been well pleased with my dealings with all the staff at this location. There are times I have not been excited about interest rates, but that is beyond the control of the people at the local bank. I would not hesitate to recommend Bank OZK for any or all of your banking needs.

As an account holder at Bank OZK, how do I get change? I have been refused service on a number of occasions at the Bremen branch and once in Buchanan, something that never happens to me at Carrollton, Villa Rica, Newnan, East Point or Tallapoosa. I get excuses ranging from, "oh, there's a coin shortage" or "we have to hold our coins for businesses in the area" and most recently, "no, we can't do that." It has been very inconvenient, to say the least. I don't remember reading anything, upon opening my account, that stated, "businesses will have precedence over 'other' customers." However, I've never had any issues making a deposit! Go figure. I believe they're just too lazy to put everything away and secure their desk and get someone else to do the same so they can walk together to the vault.

I've been banking with this particular Bank when it was still Community & Southern Bank. I really liked them when they were still Community & Southern Bank. Then they changed over to Bank of the Ozarks and now OZK. Since they have been bought out, because I would not call it a merge because you see nothing left of the old Bank. The attitude from some of the cashier's there has been less than desirable! I am at the point if I am having to deal with rudeness I will go in the next time and have a chat with the Bank Manager. If that don't work I will proceed to the next step. I won't be tolerating attitude or disrespect again. You may not say ugly things but your facial expressions, Your Demeanor says a lot. I was not by myself either. I happen to have my 28 year old Daughter with me as I am disabled. She noticed the rudeness as well from both the Tellers at the window. I did not have to say a word. You can Always check your dozens of cameras to check and see if you see something I don't. I'm not rich, I'm a Disabled Veteran, I drive a Older Pickup. Maybe I don't fit what Your Bank thinks I should be. Maybe I should drive a High Dollar Vehicle or wear a suit and Tie to suit you. Hope it don't happen any more.Have a nice day.

Worst bank i have ever dealt with. Customer service is severely lacking. The closed my business account without even giving me notice. They treat you like a criminal when trying to clear deposited checks.

The online app is useless and doesn't work 90% of the time. I was told they were going to run an update 2 weeks ago to fix the issues that everyone is having with online banking and the app and it's still not working. The app is usually down every weekend, doesn't show transactions in the correct order, tips doesn't show up for 2 weeks sometimes, it is a complete mess. I am about ready to change banks since they seem to be the only bank that can't get a decent online banking app that works. It is not that difficult and they really need to offer their customers more than this crap before everyone takes their business somewhere else.

I changed my mailing adr.some of my mail was returned to bank.I was charged a $5 service charge.I think this is very patty for this bank to do this.

Bank of the Ozarks is by first the least customer oriented banking establishment I have ever had the displeasure to do service with... glad those days are gone! Community and Southern will be missed
