I bought a 1950 Pontiac silver streak and could not be happier. Everyone was great to deal with and went above and beyond. I am admittedly a hard customer to deal with because of my weird requests. He shipped it to Harrisonburg VA so I could drive it to San Diego.Thanks for the help making the trip possible!

Sold a very nice LOOKING 2016 FORD F150 XLT in September 2021. When we test drove it, the service engine light was on. I took it back and was told by Victor Crews and Tony, "we will make it right, we will take care of you, we will fix it". Scheduled to bring it back up a week later and let Papie, their mechanic, repair it. He changed the oil for code P0022. When I picked it up, Victor said let him know if it comes back on, "I'll fix it, I'll take care of you". (Famous words) 215 miles later, light comes back on. I called Victor back and was told the would see when he could get it back in. After Ihe called me back he couldn't get it in and suggested I take it to another mechanic and let them diagnose it and let him know. I did. They took pictures of inside the engine, suggested it needed replacing. I let Victor know this, he then said for me to take it to Ford. Same thing., It sat there for a week. Then he said for me to take it to James O'Neal Dodge and let them look at it. It has been there for over a month and they said it needs an engine swap. So now I have 3 professionals telling me I need a new engine and Victor has now stopped answering us.Don't waste your money there. $26k down the drain for me.

Beware! Bad Business! Do not Buy from this Place. Victor Crews Lied to and sold my Daughter-in-law a 2016 F-150 XLT Truck that Had a check engine light lit and Victor told her it would be OK and he would take care of the Problem, he would make it Right ! That was a LIE ! she took it back to him and they Haven't Fixed the Problem yet. they said it needs a new motor. so they sold Her a piece of S- - - Truck. and will not help her. and they knew about it when she bought it from them. Big O is not a Place to buy a car ! Stay Clear. She has made only 2 payments and can't get them to make it right. They keep giving her the Run Around. and haven't fixed it Yet after having it in the shop for 2 months.

Be very careful they will scam you I bought a 57 chevy for top dollar there sales rep Ken told me this was a ground up restoration but it was all lies when i had the car delivered and drove it for a week everything started falling apart ...rear axle bent all the ball joints need to be replaced bell housing mounts all cracked rear shackle bushings need to be replaced cracked fuel lines transmission mounts drive shaft needed to be balanced SO BE CAREFUL AND MAKE SURE YOU GO AND CHECK THE CAR YOURSELF THAT WAS MY MISTAKE

Ive purchased here before satisfactorily,but just aguired a loan for a truck ,only to find out their was no title ,and my bank requires title now not ga registration,im really diasapoited,the truck was what i wanted,make sure you can get a title if you plan on financing with big o.,also note when i drove my car home their werent any brakes,they tuned up and add new tires,and might add,ken is very nice,but if he says he will call you back,it never happens,my wife says we will shop elsewhere for another car.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Big O, it was exactly as described by internet photos and by conversation's with Ken. Vehicle was damaged during shipping, Ken did everything he could to make it right, wasn't his fault, freight company did not pay, be careful who ship's your vehicle!
