“Dwayne and his staff put a new Jasper engine in my 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500 in June. I asked them to replace some other things in the engine compartment so it was basically new under the hood. They did a great job and had it done in about 2 days. And Ashley was a pleasure to work with getting my quote, answering any questions I had and going over everything. “I’ve been going here for YEARS, I have always recommended people I know to come here. I really enjoy the conversations we have while he fixes or changes my tires. I feel he’s very fair and trustworthy. Anytime I go get some tires I’ll go pick out whichever I think look good, and he’ll show me some that are in even better shape, even when the ones I spot are good enough he always tries to make sure you leave his shop with the best tire possible on your vehicle. And as for the conversations, I’ve stayed there a hour or so after he finished my tires just to keep the conversation going a few times. Just a real down to earth man with plenty of good tires for sale lol highly recommended”
“Came here for the first time, Jerry who is awesome and very welcoming/nice in person and on the phone. The staff who takes care of the cars do an awesome job as well. They even took the initiative to call me about my anti theft locks on my tires about the key missing and were very upfront and nice. Any other place wouldve ignored doing the service without notifying me.”

Since there is no Discount Tire in Carrolton and the nearest one is miles away, I chose Roy's tire center. From the phone conversations while pricing my tires, to the great customer service I received, I highly recommend this place. Clean waiting area, almost $100 less than anywhere I priced, and the customer service is beyond what you normally get these days. I cant stress enough, the customer service was well worth the visit.”
“Good folks on the later afternoon shift. Unfortunately, the guy behind the counter beforehand wasn't realistic with his estimated time frame. He told me 3hrs when it ended up being 6½ before I was called in. Once in the crew I actually delt with were spot on. Peyton, Chase, & the other gent are stellar & honest. Exactly the way it should be.”
