Very easy walk-in passport services, I was able to get digital and 2 physical passport prints for $18! Highly recommend if you need passport photos ASAP!

Too po dunk to keep common meds in stock. They could care less and act like it's your fault they don't have sufficient supply of very common medications. Jackie was very rude and unprofessional. Will be going elsewhere ASAP

Tried to call the pharmacy. The automated system asked me for information when I asked to speak to her an associate it hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a pharmacist. It hung up on me. I tried again to call back. I asked for customer service, it hung up on me. This is a terrible way to do business. I’m not here for anything anymore. I’ll just go to CVS instead.

The chain pharmacies are extremely slow filling prescriptions, but Walgreens has definitely got to be the absolute slowest. I can take my mother to the doctor in Carrollton and it takes them up to 3 hours to count out 30 pills. Some of her medications they never have on site and hand to order it. When she used Walmart pharmacy, she NEVER once had this issue. They always had all of her medication without having to order it and ALWAYS had the prescription ready in about 20 minutes and ready for pickup by the time she arrived back from her appointment. The sad part is there is very rarely even one person ahead of her and it still takes them 1-3 hours to fill her prescription. I remember paper scripts at a locally owned pharmacy with half as many pharmacies in town and never waited over about 10 minutes to fill the prescription. I don't know if Walgreens pharmacist is just that lazy or that incompetent but either way it's scary.

I went to Walgreens and payed for $30 worth of store items. I asked for $20 in cash back and they refused to give me my $20 because apparently it wasn’t shown on the system. THEY TOOK $50 from me and refused to give me my money. Cooperate has be contacted. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I just want to give a shout out to Jackie . She is so helpful and professional. She always goes over and beyond for her customers. You can always tell when she's not there, things don't go as smoothly. Jackie and her pharmacist are a great team. I for one am thankful for all that she has helped me with.

Yesterday, I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions. I was stressed / aggravated regarding one RX. The Pharmacy manager Jackie went above and beyond to help me. She was so sweet and thorough spending extra time with me, while it was busy. I left with a lot less stress, and very helpful information. JACKIE ?? Thank you so much!
