“I was on line searching for insurance coverage for my car. Insurance agents I found were not helpful. They offered to call me back and never did.
After searching for a while, I got Ms Zoie. Her phone etiquette, and her tone of voice were very pleasant, and welcoming. She politely asked me how she could help me? I explained to her that I need Insurance coverage for my vehicle, and I need the policy that I can afford. She patiently, and painstakingly found the one that will be good for me. She also advised me to take an online course that could help me lower my cost which I found very helpful .
Ms Zoie, was empathetic, very respectful, and exuded exquisite professionalism. She has what it takes to be in her position, and she needs to be encouraged to bring out the Best in her, for she has a lot to offer to this Company. I was, and I am still impressed with her work ethic. Thank you.”
