They told me 20 minutes for a refill and watched me wait for 45 minutes with no updates or any form of communication. just a bizarre lack of customer service or like... humanity

Costco Pharmacy has always been incredibly efficient and quick with refilling my prescriptions. I also appreciate that they consistently have a supply of one of my medications that is often on backorder elsewhere. Reliable service like this makes a huge difference—I highly recommend them!
