Mixed Review Here: I bought a sweater from this store Saturday afternoon when I got to my event that night somebody told me my sweater was torn. The manager allowed me to exchange for it another which is why I am grateful. However, I wear this new one extremely cautiously, after a wash and dry this new sweater is ripped to shreds. Where are they getting these clothes from? This has got to be the cheapest material I’ve ever seen/worn. Service 5/5 quality of product is a 0/5. I’m done just gonna take this L and never shop there again

To whichever Manager or owner it may concern, Tamika is an exemplary employee who went above and beyond to help me out. I went in looking for a shirt and tie for a wedding. Thanks to Tamika's help, I walked out with the best fitting, comfortable and sharp suit I have ever owned. She helped guide me through which shirts may have suited the occasion, but then she pointed out the suit, that was 40% off, and mentioned it would fit in with the wedding colors. I tried it on and I was not leaving without that suit. She went above and beyond to make my experience great from start to finish. Now I feel confident and fashionable in my new suit! Thanks Tamika!

Tamika was absolutely amazing!!!! She helped me the moment I walked in the door. She worked hard to find exactly what I needed. She went above and beyond my expectations I will be back - specifically on the days Tamika will be working! She was super helpful!! 10 out of 10 experience

They refuse to take an unworn return due to their own store policy despite me being on the phone with express customer service, and the representative manager says it is the company’s policy to accept my return. Horrible experience with rude and unprofessional staff.

I was in the Xpress store at Perimeter Mall a couple days ago and I wanted to let Dejua know how much I appreciated her help. If I couldn’t find what I was looking for, she would go in the back to try and find the item for me. She is very familiar with the store and would bring me similar items if they didn’t have the one I was looking for. That was great! She made my visiting the store much faster and I really appreciate her help. She was so kind and super friendly!

Your managers do not know how to train the employees
an employee had said managers don’t do a lot work or they are never on the floor I asked for a manager and it took 10 mins to get one train your managers to actually pull their weight instead messin around and makin the employees do everything

Just had the most amazing customer service in FOREVER!!! Sam gave the best greeting and was so helpful. Keeda, the assistant Mgr really made me feel welcome as well. Employees like these drive business and customer satisfaction. Well done ladies!

Today I’m giving De”juh, John and Eric five stars for their wonderful customer service. They all went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. These young people are definitely going places in life. I had a terrific experience. I would definitely recommend this location.
