Just had the most amazing customer service in FOREVER!!! Sam gave the best greeting and was so helpful. Keeda, the assistant Mgr really made me feel welcome as well. Employees like these drive business and customer satisfaction. Well done ladies!

Today I’m giving De”juh, John and Eric five stars for their wonderful customer service. They all went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. These young people are definitely going places in life. I had a terrific experience. I would definitely recommend this location.

Store was a hot mess. Associates hanging out at the cash register. The two cashiers were nice, but the associates on the floor were nowhere to be found. Had to chase one down to get a fitting room. When I finally did get someone. They acted like how dare I ask for help.

Visited Express in Perimeter mall. The store was in complete disarray. There were only 2 people working the store. All dressing rooms were closed. Clothes were all over the floor and in bins. The front door to the women’s side was broken too. The associates were nice. They will be my last visit to that store. I put back most of the clothes because the dressing rooms were closed.

Had a bad experience here today. We had bought something from an Express Outlet store that needed to be returned. We had asked when buying whether it could be returned to a regular Express store and were told yes it could be. Tried returning here today, and they refused saying "it must have been someone new who told you that". Sorry, but not my problem Express. The store manager showed us a bad attitude brushing us off and didn't even want to acknowledge the issue or want to offer a resolution. Been a loyal Express customer for years, thoroughly disappointed.

Just read the message posted below…..On Saturday December 3rd at around 5:15pm I entered the express store to do a little shopping and while I was shopping, I had acquired few clothes that I wanted to try on. After locating an employee to ask whether the fitting rooms were open or not, written below is exactly how the rest of my experience at this store went.Me: “Hi sir, are your fitting rooms open?”Employee: (As he turns his back and walks away from me) “when you see someone walk out, you walk in.” with an attitude.Me: As I’m walking towards the fitting room I can’t help resist that something needed to be said to him given how poor his customer service skills are. So I turned back and looked at him as he continues to walk away I “that’s not the question I asked but thank you.”Employee: “That’s the best your gonna get.”Me “Where’s the manager?”Employee: (With a raised and disturbing voice/tone he says) “oh I’ll get you manager.” He then walks away and continues to speak loud enough for customers to hear him complain looking for his manager. which is amazingly un-pro, and in my opinion boarder line harassment and why I would even say that because it's at this point that I no longer feel welcomed and I feel highly uncomfortable to even be in the store.Me: I walk back towards my partner who’s in the clearance section to wait it out, then moments later the manager approaches me with the employee behind her (the manager).Manager: “Sir, how can I help you?”Me “I simply asked if the fitting room was open or closed and instead of the sales associate (the employee) giving me a simple answer he chooses to explain to me how I should utilize the fitting room with an attitude his back turned and with no interest what-so-ever to see if there was anything else. I simply asked the question because of recent Covid policies that some retail stores have implemented which in recent times have required fitting rooms to remain closed and that is why I asked. My point here mam is that I believe in good customer service which he (the employee) failed to provide.”Manager: “I understand, and thank you”.After this we both departed ways and my partner and I decided not to invest with Express on this day.,Keep in mind while she was speaking to me, the employee was directly behind her starring at me with an attitude look on his face as my partner described to me and why I didn’t notice was because my attention was fully on the manager and not the employee who was looking to antagonize the situation.

Same as most reviews on here. Nice clothes and good variety to choose from. It's expensive though so be on the look out for those discounts. Customer service is ?. I did go on the weekend and it was busy so that may have affected CS.
