“Dr. Reznik is absolutely amazing!! The staff has always been helpful to me. Dr. Reznik always goes above and beyond for his patients. I've been seeing him since 2006 when he was in Marietta and I cannot put into words how much he's helped me over the years. I completely trust him with my care. I have referred my mother to him as well as many of my friends. Unfortunately, I cannot speak on Dr. Burkmar because I have never been her patient. You won't be disappointed with the treatment Dr. Reznik provides.Furthermore, I'm really disappointed after reading the reviews of some of the other patients. Your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company NOT your insurance company and the doctor or the office. Please stop tossing your card on the counter thinking all of your healthcare needs will be covered. It is your responsibility to know what your policy covers! Call your insurance company beforehand and find out. This is your responsibility as the patient. It's also not the office's job to do an insurance verification. It's a convenience they provide but for some reason, over the years, its become the norm. Dr. Reznik is very busy...when I book my physical, I book it after my last one because I know how busy he gets. Look at it this way, he's booked up because he's excellent at what he does. If you have to change your schedule because of work and they can't squeeze you in that's not the fault of the office. That's your fault and the fault of your job for changing your schedule. I've never read so many entitled reviews.I'm very picky who I see for my healthcare needs! If I'm willing to send my mother here...that speaks volumes. Dr. Reznik is a dying breed of doctor. He takes ample time with every patient and truly listens to your complaints and needs. I promise you cannot go wrong with this office.”

I hesitate to write a glowing review since I worry that sending many new clients here will decrease my chances of getting in when I need to, but this place deserves it. I consider myself a higher maintenance person, particularly when it comes to my healthcare. My provider, Kristina, is the bomb. She responds to my portal messages in a timely manner, is so knowledgeable, and truly listens to me. She makes me feel comfortable, takes her time with me, and I trust her medical opinion completely. I never wait at this practice and I love the convenience of an onsite lab (the technician is very skilled too!). PPC has helped several members of my family out, in a pinch (i.e., when my elderly Mother was visiting and tested positive for Covid), and I am so grateful. Their willingness to help someone who is important to me, but not necessarily their established patient, shows me they care. My elderly mother received exceptional care here, as did my teen daughter. I'm so thankful for this practice, and particularly for my wonderful practitioner, Kristina. I hope she never retires!”

“I thought I had a great doctor of 25 years until he retired recently. I changed to Dr Mark Tanner and now I know what a great Doctor really is. He is the closest thing you will get to a Dr Welby in his bedside manner, concern, knowledge. He takes the time with you to figure out what is wrong. He has a little trouble with his staff because they are just learning and you may have to wait a little while in the waiting room, BUT it is all worth it because when you are seeing Dr Tanner in the examing room it is all about you. He is good about calling you back personally instead of a staff member. I glad my old doctor retired as I now have a Doctor who cares”
“I’ve been here over 3 times and I love it . If you need help go here this place is better than a emergency room even made him my primary care doctor. The staff here is so welcoming. The doctor himself make sure everything with you is just fine before you leave, the lady nurses take good care of you while triaging and checking you in. I highly recommended. “Dr.P has been god sent to my family. I am a single mom suffering from several disabilities and also have disabled children. It has been a struggle finding help for me and my twin boys because of the severity of their disabilities but this doctor actually does care!!!!! He didn’t make me or my kids feel unwanted or uncomfortable and he has been happy to treat us and I appreciate that. Wait times are shorter than believable and the staff is also amazing!!! There is no other primary care for me and my family that has ever topped the level of care that I have received at Trinity clinic.. Thank you Dr.P and staff for treating me and my family.”
