Perimeter FedEx is hands-down one of the best shipping locations I’ve used.
I’ve shipped hundreds of packages from this location and have never had a single issue. The staff is consistently friendly, efficient, and professional. Service is always quick, which makes it easy to get in and out without hassle. Whether you’re shipping one item or managing regular shipments, this location gets it right every time.

These people do not care about helping their customers. 3 people working and two are assisting the same customer. I just came in for a quick print out and I’ve been here for 25mins with no help.

The assistant manager Andrew took his time to make sure that everything that I needed was taken care of. He even offered suggestions that took him more time to complete while taking care of the many other customers in a timely fashion. Thank you Andrew!! It’s rare to get this sort of service anymore.

I can’t say enough great things about Matthew, Gene, and Aaron! From start to finish, their dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience was truly impressive. I needed something important done for my business, and they executed it perfectly everything was well-organized and seamless, with no issues at all.
What really stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond. Even though I came after business hours, they didn’t greet me with frustration or anything like that. Instead, they were incredibly kind, accommodating, and professional. A level of service like this is so rare to find these days.
On top of that, Matthew’s sense of humor made the experience even better! His jokes had me laughing, which really helped turn what could’ve been a stressful situation into an enjoyable one.
Thank you, Matthew, Gene, and Aaron, for your outstanding work and for exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for reliable and genuinely customer-focused service!

Poor customer service. Male employee lazy. Asked for assistance in print area. Refused to assist but went over to the female employees and proceeded to gossip and chit chatt about non work related issues. I was the only customer in the store at time but I guess since his shift was about to end he didn't want to be bothered.

This fedex location is located nicely next to the havertys, pet smart and total wine stores . The service is not that great. Not very helpful. UPS stores have a better service and are more helpful. But if you have to ship using fedex this would probably do….

Used this location to print programs for our wedding and they did a great job! We were struggling to find the exact printing options we wanted online so we opted to go in person to talk with someone. Everyone we worked with was so helpful and they were able to do exactly what we wanted and even got creative to get us the best pricing. As someone who largely prefers to order everything online, I’m so glad we went the in person route this time.

Mailed a package with a live representative at a Fedex shipping center with marriage certificates to Dubai on 7/27/24 with estimated delivery for 7/31/24. The envelope never arrived. We were told by Fedex that the envelope was empty. They tried to blame it on the customer not sealing the envelope, then on the customer rep at the shipping center. There was no communication from Fedex to us ever other than our own telephone outreach. It is now over a month from the shipping with no resolution on a claim filed for reimbursement and no supervisor outreach to us. This is extremely poor customer service. These were timing critical documents and their nondelivery has caused our family much hardship. Will never use Fedex again. If 0 stars were an option, that would be my selection. Advice to the average consumer: Go elsewhere for shipping services. They are unreliable and have extremely poor customer service and communication.

Andrew deserves a promotion. I would hire him in a heartbeat for my own business.
There was an issue with a Canva order that I noticed when picking up. Andrew calmly listened to my concerns, acknowledged the issue, and reprinted and carefully remedied the issue himself on the spot. I watched him check every printed piece individually, with utmost detail. Mistakes happen, but this guy treated me with respect and compassion and fixed the issue with efficiency and competence. This place has an average of 3.5 stars overall on Google. With a few more Andrews, it would become 5 stars overnight.

I had a great experience here. My printer broke, and I needed something printed last minute—The store was closing soon, but Andrew was so kind when I called and made sure my order was ready to be picked up before they closed. I appreciated it so much!
