I had a fantastic experience at GNC in Town Brookhaven Square, thanks to Justin's exceptional customer service. He greeted me at the door with a friendly smile and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect protein based on my needs. Justin's knowledge and positive attitude made my visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Listen to the terrible customer service reviews. Guy behind the counter was a lesson in how not to do your job lolFirst thing I ask when I come in is where I can find pea protein isolate (I’m not a fan of the milk based protein derivatives). He said they don’t have that but pointed me towards the vegan supplements. I spin the ingredient label around and guess what: it’s pea protein isolate. Strike one — and I’m not some supplement genius, this is supplement 101 and he didn’t even know thatSecond, as we’re looking around the store, not asking for any help whatsoever, he starts getting impatient with how long we are spending checking out the different brands. We’ve been in the store less than 10 minutes. He asks if we’re ready to checkout yet, and we respond that we’re still looking and he lets out an exasperated and annoyed sigh. I double check the store hours to make sure we’re not overstaying closing time (it was Sunday), just to make sure we were being inconsiderate, but it was only 2pm and they close at 6pm. Strike two.Then as we’re checking out, he was mean muggin like crazy. He was clearly acting like a grumpy little child. He wouldn’t even acknowledge my mom who was with me and she is the friendliest and kindest person. It’s almost like this dude was trying to be pissed.I will never be shopping at GNC again. Just get your supplements online. They’re cheaper, better, and you don’t have to deal with terrible employees. Plus, I was able to find a pea protein isolate online that wasn’t packed full of artificial sweeteners.Happy lifting y’all!

I literally went to a bar after my experience here! Young black guy, only person working, would not fill my online order (which I placed in order to get a 20 percent discount off, order online, pickup at store). My order was for 1 protein shake powder and 1 greens powder.... he was so rude, I thought before contacting gnc customer service regarding him, because I am sure he just wants to collect unemployment! I will NEVER go back to this store. Stock is super super low also.... assumingly because the people that work there, don't order stock when needed. I will order from amazon, thanks.... no thanks!

Worst customer service I've ever received from a GNC store and I've been a loyal customer for 20+ years. The manager of this location was not helpful, friendly nor knowledgeable about any of the products. When asked about a new product they had on display, I was told to read the packaging, which should provide some indication of how poor the service was. I would have preferred an AI robot or self service since the salesperson added zero value. Being a marketing professional, I was also surprised when the manager informed me that GNC staff does not use the products they actually sell to other people, which I found odd. Never going back to the store again.

The year is 2022 and you still have misleading items with the wrong price at least apologize and honor the sale with being standoffish Especially when you're a district manager I'll just start ordering off Amazon or Supplement Warehouse

Poor phone service. I asked if they had something in stock, they said no then hung up after saying goodbye. I had a couple of follow up questions and they will miss out on my business.

It was a nice store up until the new hire they got in there. A real scammer, he will provide you with false advertisement and horrible customer service, bother-line disrespectful, never seen it. I have been a GNC customer for the last 5 years and I will never go back to this particular store.

Absolute sick location - Manager of the store Devon Lewis provided me with in depth knowledge and the recommended go-to usage of a solid muscle building protein and thermogenic so that I can gain muscle and burn body fats at the same time ???

Walked in to get protein powder. Two employees not wearing masks and a customer not wearing a mask. I walked in and walked right out. Guess they aren't aware of what's going on or don't care. I'll buy from somewhere else. Very disappointing because I like GNC
