Worst service ever. I specifically told the person who was going to cut my hair to not too short, showed her at least 3 pictures from the past, and re-confirmed if she understood the instructions. She chose to ignore all the instructions. Finished my hair cut in like 5 minutes with just the trimmer. No water spray to ease the process of cutting, no scissor used, and no attention to details. Result was uneven cut, extremely short and unprofessional look. I would avoid this place in future.

Worst haircut I ever received and that's today. Her name is Angela. I have her one specific instruction that don't cut too much. She did exactly that. If she is not interested in her job, she should quit it. For the first time ever, I didn't feel like leaving a tip.

Do not go here! Every time I come here I tell these foreigners that after months of growing my hair, to give it shape and trim the ends. They basically give me a crew cut. 3 styles available, The Sinead O Conner The Tin Tin and the Concentration camp prisoner. They are selling the hair. You've been warned!

Is anyone going to address the sewage backup at this location? It's to the point that I will no longer go there for haircuts and more importantly it's a safety hazard for their customer and workers. Hoping someone does something as it’s a simple fix that’s been pending for years.

Please don’t waste your time & money .. one of the worst service in this location .. Name - SOSO is very fast & rude behavior worstly did haircut..I don’t recommend this location..price also increases and I very disappointed for the haircut.. she is saying lot of customers are waiting..

I faced worst situation in great clips today.because I said one hairstyle to do scissor and she did full trim and spoiled my hair..pls don’t go to that store and don’t waste your money and time..Be careful guys
