I called with questions about floral arrangements and pricing for a certain amount of roses but was quickly rushed off the phone and told “you need to come in, I have a customer in front of me” then proceeded to hang up on me. Disappointing

I attempted to buy some twin pack cookie dough Twix for the second time this week as I thought they were on sale. The first time I purchased them the item wouldn't scan properly, but the cashier input the price and I was on my way in short order. Today did not go so smoothly. I attempted to purchase the same item as the price advertised was a good deal. I took the remainder of the box from the shelf to self checkout and once again the item didn't scan. This time, however, the cashier couldn't/wouldn't input the price and got a more tenured associate who sent me to customer service. Once I got to customer service, the associate working at the desk told me to wait and then the Store Manager, Dean, came over and told me that I would have to wait while he got a price for the item. I was on my way to work and already in a hurry. I told Dean that I could show him where I got it from so I could be on my way. I showed him where I got it from and he informed me that it was in the wrong spot. I told him that I still wanted it for the price that they had it advertised at and he told me "I'm not required to do that, it's my decision." I told him that it was good customer service to honor the price that his store had the product advertised at and he disagreed and told me that he wouldn't honor the price. I asked for the contact information for his superior, which he refused to provide.
I'm extremely disappointed that the grocery store that I go to for all my groceries is being run by such an incompetent Store Manager. Their cashier has better customer service skills than the Store Manager. Is Kroger hurting so bad for money that it can't take the $2-3 hit in profit to satisfy their regular customer by honoring the price that they were advertising due to one of their associates making an error in their stocking?

Kroger could REALLY do more when it comes to protecting the customers that have been loyal for years. I recently went in through self checkout to pay for groceries as well as receive cash back. Unfortunately it slipped my mind and I left my cash in the cash dispenser. Less than 2 minutes of me walking out of the store I immediately went back inside for the cash and the lady who watched me check out stated that the man behind me took it. Weird that she wouldn’t say anything about that in the moment. So I show her my receipt that literally shows the groceries I paid for and the amount of cash back requested. The manager looked at me with the straightest face, no empathy and stated it’s my responsibility and there’s nothing that they can do…NOTHING. After just spent over $100min groceries at you guys establishment. No one even offered to roll the cameras back to see the guy who took my money. Do I am out of $60 and will NOT be returning. You guys suck and are DEAD WRONG for how you go about these type of situations.

this place is fine, but beware; kroger employees are allowing PETS into the premise without stopping to even ask the two ada questions (1. is this a service animal 2. what tasks are they trained to preform)
kroger is a service-animal only store, dogs/horses whom are trained to help their person and to not contaminate shopping products belong at korger. do not bring your pets into the place where i buy my food friendly or not!

Very pleasant store to shop at and generally has good deals although I wish they didnt make you log in to the app just to redeem those coupons. The app never works properly for me.

I would advise going to any other Kroger in the area - their pick up service is particularly horrible

Security guard harasses women and customers. This occurred at 7:20pm Sept 14th. Can’t believe they can’t get a real cop, just this strung out angry man?

Is the Asian woman, who may work in the meat or deli section as she does wear a hairnet, hired to follow, stalk, harass, watch, racially profile Black patrons?
This is not the first time she has done this...but hopefully, Kroger's at this location, will make it her last.
