Google says store hours are 9:30am until 9:00pm on a Sunday. I came to the store at 9:40am and the doors were locked. If the hours have changed, please update the hours for your customers convenience.

I stop by this Brookhaven Marshall to do some after Christmas shopping. A upon entering the store I was constantly being followed by a white female with
very short blond/brown hair. When I got to the register I requested to speak with the manager. She never came to the register, she sent a young girl barely in her twenties. I told the girl what happen and that I would be writing to corporate. I am a black women and I have the same right as any other race. I should be able to shop on any aisle without being racial profile. Next time, this will not be a bad review but a live video for the world to see

This is the best kept secret in Brookhaven. The store is very well managed and organized, clean and has everything you might need ### pretty much. It's a smaller store
and enjoyable to shop.The employees are very nice and helpful. A SHOUT OUT to GEORGE (who should be in Hollywood ) he makes work Friendly and Fun and is very Smart and Professional and also BESS, who is So Sweetly Serious about her duties snd very friendly also.
HOWEVER; My Favorite Employee (PATRICK) no longer works here because he became the Store (ANGEL) this Spring 2024. He Sprung up to (The Heavenly Realm) on his way to work one day. If you knew Patrick, you knew HE would never miss a day of work.
We Love You Patrick and will Forever Miss Your Genuine Sweet Kindness and Smart, Friendly Dutiful Spirit. RIP❤️

Decent selection and prices. However no bench or chairs for customers anywhere - none inside, outside, or in the entranceway. Cmon, husbands and senior citizens need a place to rest their weary bones.

I am a residence in Brookhaven and this is the Marshalls I shop at often. I usually find exactly what I’m looking for here, however the customer service is simply unacceptable! I happen to be in the store, Sunday October 22nd, 2023 and was talked to as if I was a child. It was 8 mins to 8, an announcement was made that the store would be closing. 5 mins to closing another announcement was made, if any store associate saw a customer still shopping to please kindly stop them and escort them to the customer service desk immediately so that they could be checked out and out the door by 8pm on the dot. NEVVVVER have I been so disturbed and bothered. I had words with the sales associates and they continued to challenge me as if customers had no value or didn’t deserve any respect whatsoever. So disappointed that such a good store in a good area would employ individuals not suited for the positions. I will no longer shop here, because never ever have I been treated with such disrespect. I would love to know if the cameras could be rolled back and the audio heard during that particular time and day. The sales associate that checked me out was absolutely wonderful, I truly appreciated her kind words because it helped calm me down! It was both a female and male that was working on the floor at the time that gave me a hard time. Definitely won’t be going back, because of those two!!!! Disappointed beyond!
