Staff was polite. They were short staffed. But seemed to work quickly. Seemed to only be able to work off appointments.. which were .. not timely. Will give another chance another day.

Employees were kind to me, but unfortunately the fixing of my vehicle took much longer than anticipated and I wasn’t kept informed as I much as I would have hoped. Again, the people themselves were nice and felt sorry, but the inconvenience I experienced and the overall cost of my car issues was not what was originally communicated to me.

Crooks, beware of location. Held my car hostage all day when simply trying to get a new tire. Lies about having tire in stock in an attempt to sell my a lower grade tire. Tried to illegally break off lug nuts with a hammer in order to do so . Shady business with incompetent manager. Stay away if you care about your vehicle.

I had a poor experience at this location getting four new tires installed. I went up to the desk about 20-30 mins after I got there because I couldn’t remember if I told the guy at the desk that my spare tire was on the car, so the crew wouldn’t change my spare. They changed my spare, still, instead of the bad tire, unfortunately. The mechanic said it would just take 10 mins to switch it back out. No harm, no foul. 30 minutes later he comes back asking how to access my spare tire compartment and needed to use my tools. A total of 55 mins added on to the initial 3 hours I was already there. No way I would do my alignment with you if you can’t change the spare without my assistance. Poor customer service and sitting area environment. The water cooler talk was reminiscent of Ryan Reynolds in the movie “Waiting”. Capped off with a sarcastic thank you as I walked out the door trying not to talk to anyone anymore. Stay classy pep boys

Normally, I do not write reviews, but how they extort their customers made me want to write one. I had an appointment scheduled at another shop for the day after I got my oil changed at Pep Boys, but was unable to make it due to a family emergency and had to go to Pep Boys for a last-minute oil change any other Shop would've charged me anywhere between 50 and $80 for this But when I called and told them I needed it because a family member had passed away and I had to be on the road today They charge me $130 for that oil change. On top of that, they said that my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and that would be another $900. After calling two different shops, I got a quote for 450 bucks for the same brakes and rotors that Pep Boys quoted me if you want to pay twice the amount of money as you normally would at any other shop, then go to Pep Boys but if you wanna have honest work done by honest people go almost anywhere else. You take advantage of people at their lowest points and it shows the character of your business and employee.

These guys can’t balance wheels & tires. I went there for two years. Every single time, I’ve had to return and ask them to please get it right. I’m through with them though. They’re not trained properly. Butler Tire and Gran Turismo (Chamblee) are the experts at setting your car up to ride right.

AVOID! Went in to get a simple tire rotation. 20 minutes later I have the front desk man telling me they won't rotate the tires as they are out of spec, but had handily already made up quotes for new tires (tires are roughly 1 year old). I confirmed once again they wouldn't be performing the simple task of tire rotation, he said they would not. Left went a few miles down the street and the shop had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Ridiculous sales tactics. Just do your job.

Best customer service in Metro Atlanta for Pep Boys. I have been to many Pep Boys in the area to service my fleet vehicle. These guys are outstanding professionals. Beau is a pleasure to deal with he has excellent communication. I enjoy working with this crew.
I called to make an appointment for service the new guy Tyrone was very informative and set up my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment Danny was also helpful with making sure my car was safe to be on the road. These gentleman did a good job managing the front. The tech was also very professional. I enjoy the professionalism and quality of service at this location.

Was accidentally double booked with on line reservation but received call in morning explaining the situation and various options to provide service without inconvenience. Service completed timely.

I had my vehicle towed here and had a great experience. They were quick communicative and even found a less expensive part for me. I will definitely be coming here in the future.

Can’t thank Daniel and his staff enough. I had a nightmare of a problem that he helped me fix. Daniel fixed my problem in like 30 minutes after two other pep boys stores could not fix the issue. He got a tire shipped and ordered for me in a day and the other pep boys shop on Buford hwy could not even get this done in a week.

The Pep boys on Peachtree Rd in Sandy Springs was great. I asked about a brake light replacement. They gave me a price including labor that was MUCH less than the Pep Boys only a mile up the road. I ended up here because the Pep boys counter rep a mile away talked like they were too busy for me. Every bit of information was given in a discouraging manner. He told me the labor starts at $145. Not including the light. This Pep boys installed my brake light for under $50. They were friendly, informative and fast. Great job! ??
