A $200 bill for what!!? I scheduled my annual and had some blood work done for a concern I had, which I assumed I would be separately billed for the lab work, which is not an issue. However, I meet with the Dr. for all of 10 minutes and received a subsequent bill for $200 not including the blood testing. I am appalled. I won't be coming back!

Dr. Reznik is absolutely amazing!! The staff has always been helpful to me. Dr. Reznik always goes above and beyond for his patients. I've been seeing him since 2006 when he was in Marietta and I cannot put into words how much he's helped me over the years. I completely trust him with my care. I have referred my mother to him as well as many of my friends. Unfortunately, I cannot speak on Dr. Burkmar because I have never been her patient. You won't be disappointed with the treatment Dr. Reznik provides.Furthermore, I'm really disappointed after reading the reviews of some of the other patients. Your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company NOT your insurance company and the doctor or the office. Please stop tossing your card on the counter thinking all of your healthcare needs will be covered. It is your responsibility to know what your policy covers! Call your insurance company beforehand and find out. This is your responsibility as the patient. It's also not the office's job to do an insurance verification. It's a convenience they provide but for some reason, over the years, its become the norm. Dr. Reznik is very busy...when I book my physical, I book it after my last one because I know how busy he gets. Look at it this way, he's booked up because he's excellent at what he does. If you have to change your schedule because of work and they can't squeeze you in that's not the fault of the office. That's your fault and the fault of your job for changing your schedule. I've never read so many entitled reviews.I'm very picky who I see for my healthcare needs! If I'm willing to send my mother here...that speaks volumes. Dr. Reznik is a dying breed of doctor. He takes ample time with every patient and truly listens to your complaints and needs. I promise you cannot go wrong with this office.

Good doctor but absolutely no availability. I travel for work and needed to reschedule a physical. They told me if I reschedule, that there are no openings until October 2024. I decided to find another primary care office that can accommodate scheduling sooner than 13 months in the future. Keep that in mind if you try to make an appointment here…..

I am so glad to have found this drs office which is now my new primary care. From the moment I walked in was greeted with a smile from the front desk. The whole experience including my dr was excellent. They take time to listen to your needs and not rush to get you out of the office

Careful what you say to Dr. Reznik! I went for an annual check-up (new patient) and couldn’t believe the $250 bill I received in the mail. My insurance has a $0 co-pay for this type of visit so I called his office to understand where this charge came from. The answer is infuriating.Dr. Reznik asked me about my medical history and current medications during the annual check-up exam. I answered truthfully that I have other doctors who prescribe my hair loss and ADHD medicine. I didn’t ask for feedback, an opinion, or a script - and yet HE CHARGED ME FOR A HAIR LOSS & ADHD CONSULTATION.I called the front office to ask why this visit was considered more than an annual check up and they bluntly told me, “if you read the waivers you signed before the visit, you’d know these additional charges may occur.”$250 for answering one question? Never going here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I made a new patient appointment and had to wait 4 months. On the day of my appointment, I had all paperwork pre-filled out online. I arrived right before the 15 min grace period. I was told the doctor had to cancel my appointment because of this because has decided to take a half day. They then proceeded to tell me I needed to wait another 2 months to get in for an appointment. To make matters worst, their medical assistant Tanya came out barking at me like a pit bull, lecturing me about the situation. I would absolutely think twice if not three times before trusting this kind of establishment with my health.

My family (6 of us ages 19-86) have been fortunate to be patients of Dr. Reznik since 2019. I can say I wish EVERY business had such professional, friendly, caring and well-trained staff. Dr. Reznik is one of the kindest doctors that I've ever known. His thoroughness, insights and advice have helped each of us so much over the course of our time as patients here. I highly recommend him.

Dr Reznik is the most caring and professional, general medicine Doctor I have ever had. He listens to his patients and spends time getting to the solution. I wouldn't hesitate to refer to him.

Followed Dr. Berkmar from another location in Lilburn, GA. She is knowledgeable, ask questions and listens to her patients. I met Dr. Berkmar in Lilburn she was working with Interns and sharing her education and providing them experiences, my thought was how forward thinking to share the knowledge with others.I feel comfortable talking with her and not rushed like I do with many other patients. When I go to a doctor, I do not want a prescription unless it is required and our discussions allow for this type of conversation on what I can do for myself and not stay on medications. This is the doctor/patient relationship I am looking for as a service and someone that I can get to know and gets to know me. Highly suggest her services if you also want a doctor who provides more than just a prescription.

Total Scam, I was charged 2 times for the single visit. My insurance is covered for the Annual checkup, they sent a different bill from a 3rd part company called "Pathgroup Lab LLC" and asking me to pay the bill again and threatening me saying they are going to send it to collections.

This place is very unprofessional, rude, slow and a total scam. They encourage you to get every test possible so that they can make money off of you even if your symptoms do not line up with the test you are getting done. Once I questioned the test the doctor disappeared and was stuck with a nurse that did not seem to know much about what was going on either. After taking the test the recommended I was told I was "done". Even though I came to this appointment to review OTHER test I had done weeks before but never even touched on them. Overall- do not waste your time. Find a doctor who is going to talk things out with you and not run out the door leaving you very confused and feeling like you are wasting your time.

Longtime patient of Courtney (Nikki) Taylor, PA, in Dr. Burkmar's former office. Ms. Taylor moved out of state and I followed Dr. Burkmar to this practice. I have an annual checkup in April with labs and medication reviews. They have rescheduled my appointments three times since April due to a medical emergency. The second time I was rescheduled I asked if I should find another doctor. The last and third time I was contacted to reschedule I explained I was going to run out of my medication, and I was told it would be no problem for them to call it in. I called last week for the refill and was told I had to be seen. I explained that I had been trying to be seen since April, suggested a teleconference, seeing the other doc in practice, whatever. They refused to help in any way, and as a result I've requested my records be sent to a new doctor. Don't bother with these people- they have no respect or regard for patients, no loyalty, concern or compassion, and apparently no plan if one of their doctors is out for indefinite periods of time.

Dr. Reznik is everything that you look for in a primary care doctor. Not only is he extremely intelligent, but he is very authentic, kind, and caring. Dr. Reznik will take the time to explain things in great detail and ensure that any questions or concerns you have are fully answered. He takes the time to get to know you and follows up on key details from previous visits. The advice that he provides is genuine which is a sign of his great character. Typically going to the doctor is not a great experience but Dr. Reznik and his staff truly make my visits a pleasure. Thank you all!
