The sandwich deli at the location makes sandwiches too slow. Always a long line and my online orders are never ready when I pick them up. What is the point of ordering online if o have to stand online to force them to make my sandwich?

This place has been on the downslide for a bit. It may be because they are building a giant Publix not a hundred yards away. But things seem to have a bit on the downhill. The wine selection is dismal. Often you won't see the newer products here. You will have to go to another Publix. It's just really obvious that Publix corporation is not putting any time or effort into this location anymore.

The store is great, but Publix pricing is just ridiculous. $9 for eggs you can get at Trader Joe’s for 3.49. Love the location, hard to get ripped off every time.

I like publix and the product quality that they have. This is a good shop to visit too and is near Costco. I visit here sometimes when I go to Costco. I like the bakery and sea food items they have here

I visited Publix with one goal in mind: to grab some Calloway Blue spring water! It’s not available where I’m from up north, so every time I travel to the south—whether it’s Alabama, Georgia, or Florida—I always make it a point to stock up. Unfortunately, there were no cases on the shelf this time, and I was a bit disappointed.
As I was browsing, an associate noticed me and asked if I needed help. Initially, I said no, explaining I was just looking for water. He asked what kind of water I drink, and when I mentioned Calloway Blue, he immediately responded, “Give me a second.”
To my surprise, he returned moments later with a shopping cart full of Calloway Blue spring water! I was blown away by his thoughtfulness and effort. This was a true ode to customer service—he went above and beyond to ensure I left the store happy.
Publix continues to set the standard for excellent customer service, and this experience is another reminder of why I’ll always be a loyal customer. Thank you to the amazing team for making my day!
