It is the upmost important thing to remain neutral amongst all customers. That is a huge decision, making factor when a consumer decides where to shop .No matter how Old ,young , or what race you are unbiased customer service needs to be provided. Also loss prevention needs to learn the behaviors of a thief instead of trying to identify them by their skin color. I will not be coming back

I go to this Publix almost everyday. Deli is always slow and don't know English very well. Had to ask customer service to get me chicken. They're slow at making sandwiches. There's a cashier with blonde hair that will stop scanning items to have a full conversation while other people are in the line. I wish there was another closer location to me.

The customer facing staff is very friendly and helpful, but the Publix Super Market at Town Brookhaven always seems challenged to keep their shelves stocked. For example, their egg shelves have been bare for the past couple of weeks. Out of curiosity, I traveled to a nearby Publix 2.2 miles away only to find fully stocked egg shelves. Other items that fail to be re-stocked are yogurt, tater tots, crinkle fries, baby lima beans, cookies, etc. Chasing down necessary items only complicates my already hectic schedule.

Good like every Publix, it just needs to renovated. The parking ducks, get in get out socks but extremely convenient for the neighborhood

listen it’s a great publix except for one employee. Dre at the deli isle who does the subs. That man will not stop plugging his instagram the entire time. which would be fine i guess if he was actually good at his job. but he talks significantly too quiet, for real will not ever shut up abt his instagram, and looks at the women with a look that can only be described as ‘desperate’. His vibe is just rancid. Plus he’s so slow, i left my friend there to get a sandwich while i did my shopping and 15 minutes later it still wasn’t done. I quite literally avoid getting a sandwich if he’s there because i know it’ll be at least 5 minutes of uncomfortable talk about instagram and video games he likes

The cashier, Rannard, should be removed as a cashier. He has a mean look, dosen"t greet the customer. Totally. unplesant. Nor is he apologetic when he makes a mistake. After ringing up my stuff, and before the swiping of my card and payment was complete , he sarted ringing the cusomer behind me, thus increasing my total. When realizing he had made a mistake, he did not apologize, leaving the customer behind me to apologize, and it was notthat customer's fault. Rannard just contoinued to look angry and unpleasant. This guy should not be employed in customer service.
