Easy to schedule: friendly folks visited. The problem is that they were careless and over 50% of my wood windows were “nicked” by their process. The wood was dinged in such a way that the paint was removed and there was exposed wood, so significant dings that could lead to water damage. The on-site technicians did not communicate these dings to me. So, now after paying people to clean my windows so I didn’t have to go around my house on a ladder, I’m now having to go around my house on a ladder and lay wood putty / paint. So buyer beware: if you use this service with wood windows, do a walk around before they leave bc their process leaves damage on the wood windows.

Terrific all around! Would definitely recommend!High quality service, friendly employees, great value. Brian and Matthew pressure washed a decade of grime off the driveway and a couple walkways, washed all the exterior windows (including some very hard to reach spots) and soft washed the deck. All their hard work really paid off - everything they washed looks squeaky clean. Would definitely recommend everyone use their services. It’s an easy and affordable way to give your home a quick facelift. Thanks y’all!!

Our first service with Shack Shine was a year ago for window washing and power washing the brick patios and stepping stones around the house. Since then we signed up for additional services like holiday lights and gutter cleaning. The service is amazing, crew is always extremely polite and pleasant to deal with, prices never seem outrageous and within the local market. If I could give a TEN STAR rating I would! Signed up with Shack Shine Atlanta North, and from my first communication, the service was great. Team showed up on time. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and hard working. They pointed out areas that they thought needed extra attention, and took care it as part of the service.I will use them again for our next home cleaning project!
