Vick was amazing! I was struggling with a place to print my seating chart for my wedding. He was quick and efficient and very communicative. We were able to get it done and it’s perfect!

Its 9:44a, 04/05. Why aren't you open? There's several people out here waiting. I hope nothing serious is wrong. But what the heck? I gave them 3 stars bc my previous visit to this location was not a bad experience. Today however.....
And clearly who ever responded has an issue with comprehension. Bc why are you asking me to email you with details when the details are in the review. SMH.

The worst customer service ever. I paid $20 for USPS tracking - USPS never received the envelope at the distribution center. No accountability from the manager - he implied it was my fault the package is lost - I should have done certified mail. Do not use USPS services through The UPS store. This rating should be in the negative - 5 negative stars.

Worst staff! Zero knowledge of pricing, Associate charged me 3.50$ to print a piece of paper(black & white). Wouldn’t recommend this location.

I stood in line for 10 mins. Neither associate even acknowledged my presence or spoke to me for 10mins. When she finally asked me what I needed, they tell me they can't service me because they can't print on avery label paper. Wasted my time because they lack basic customer service skills. But the kicker is a lady walked in after me and she acknowledged her right away and tried tobhelp her immediately. Used to come to this UPS alot but the service sucks and I'll be contacting the branch manager to let her know.

Do not use this location for Amazon returns!! In the last couple of months, several items I returned here never made it back to Amazon. And I had to wait for weeks and contact Amazon several times to get a refund. Save yourself the aggravation.
