Cant do returns from Amazon because of no internet. Seems more like they dont want to because who doesn't have access to a hot spot these days. Avoid this unfriendly store.

Package dropped off for next day delivery. 2 days go by and I call customer service-- turns out, no one ever went to pick it up and take it to the processing facility. It was $18 for next day air and got ground service instead. This is a terrible UPS store, they are just straight up not doing their job unless you call and remind them.

Charging a $3 computer fee to print a 0.15c black and white doc is criminal. I didn’t even use the computer. I emailed my doc and they printed it. Thank goodness they don’t charge to scan the Amazon QR code for returns.

All these reviews are super accurate. They charged me $3.40 to print out a shipping label - literally one piece of 8.5x11 printer paper, absolutely wild. I’ve also been given the whole Amazon package runaround where you wait in line, they try to send you to the self service kiosk, then you have to get back in line again because that’s not how it was supposed to be returned.

I dropped off 4 packages at this location. 3 of the packages were Amazon returns. The tracking numbers haven’t updated since last week. If my packages do not move today, I will have to file an investigation. Also when I went in there, the people didn’t greet me and they were too busy playing and having full conversations amongst themselves. Never been to this Ups but I definitely will not be returning. Horrible experience!

Made a notary appointment for 10am which was confirmed. Waited around for 10 mins and eventually asked if the person that can do the service is here. She said he is here and pointed to the one employee that can do the notary doing something on the computer. She went to tell him and he proceeded to still sit there. A few minutes later, started to walk over and decided to help another employee/customer. No acknowledgment, no nothing, wasted 15 minutes waiting around and just ended up leaving.

I had to ship a bunch of really meaningful fragile items— a medium-sized sculpture, cherished cookware, dinnerware, and more. I was nervous about handing them over, but Jamie assured me he’d handle it and that all my items would arrive safely. I was skeptical, but as Jamie promised, every single item reached its destination intact. Thank you Jamie & team!

The first time I experienced a bad customer service at UPS store. I brought in two labeled boxes to drop off, and the agent in the counter refused to accept them and scan the packages. She insisted that I had to use the self service scanner station, even though the store was practically empty. I refused and left for another UPS store 15 minutes away and it was refreshing to experience the customer service difference at the other UPS store.
