If I could give 100 stars I would! Diamond went above and beyond to help me with fingerprints. Over the past 5 years, I have had to do fingerprints more than 5 times for my job. I have never had someone who was as kind and professional as Diamond! If you have any issues with getting fingerprints, go here! Ask for Diamond! Thank you!

Took in Amazon return with Bar Code to scan. Didn't realize employees won't help.Guess this is a self service location.Employees too busy talking to each other, NO one else was in storeVisiting area. At home is full service location.Spoke with Manager about incident. He will try to use as a team building experience. Apologized for confusion

Worst UPS EVER!! Nobody wants to help you! Everyone was super rude when I was just asking for help with something they did wrong. No accountability and couldn’t help with simple return -tried to tell me they had to charge me for a re-box fee when it was included in the return already. My instructions were to bring the item unboxed and UPS would do the rest, no additional charge was mentioned. Another UPS was able to fix this location mistakes and got it done easy. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else

I had a major presentation I need for 8:00 the next day which FedEx/Kinkos did incorrectly, and did not provide any support as was in the evening. I called the UPS Store and he said to come on up. He quickly helped me solve the formatting problem, and printed and bound the deck. Jaime’s helpfulness and calmness calmed me down and allowed me to focus on the things I needed to- and it looked great.

Weird tone from both staff now that there is a machine for Amazon returns. Instead of answering my questions of this new process, both workers just kept repeating whatever is printed on the desk instead of answering my questions and then got snappy when I asked the same question since I still did not know.Hard enough to park at this location, will go another location next time.

Fix your copier/printer machine or at least put a sign with the three dollars fee when the employees help printing documents because the machine is not able to print from a USB. 7 dollars for 6 sheets printed RIDICULOUS!

Unprofessional, rude and with no understanding of what they’re doing. This UPS was once tops. Great service, knowledgeable employees and excellence in customer service. Now, it’s as if from the moment you walk in you’re pestering them to do their job. They’re condescending and filled with contempt because they showed up to work that day.

I was scammed here via upcharges by a lady - employee 168445.I went to use a return label provided by a company which i had printed and was told it would be $37 to ship the package. I mentioned that i thought it was a prepaid label and she said it wasn't.... later clarified with the company that it was a prepaid label and that I should not have paid.Also in spite of it being in an unmarked sealed box that the item fit in perfectly the employee asked "do you mind if i repack this" i thought she was just doing it as a complimentary service so I said yes. I was charged 4 dollars for that as well.So i paid $41 for nothing.Moral of the story is this store encourages their employees to upsell and upcharge you. I wouldnt trust a word they say and will not return here.Edit: For the absence of doubt, i went and checked the label that i gave to her which had a tracking number on it the receipt she gave me has a completely different tracking number. You cant make this stuff up.

Your time and money are better spent at USPS. This location made me put my box inside a box, no biggie right? How much can a box be? Box was 5 dollars, plus 1.75 for “basic pack materials” which was just tape no bubbles or peanuts (I asked and those were extra, she didn’t say tape was extra either), and an additional 1 for her to put my box inside a box! So my 15 dollar shipping came out to 23, for a box inside a box with poorly done tape on the outside. If I would’ve known she would charge me 8 bucks for putting a box inside a box I would’ve driven the five extra minutes to the usps store

Had to ship off a cashiers check for my first month rent at a new place. Got grossly overcharged to send such a light package ($120) from an employee who didn’t seem to know what she was doing and had to ask coworkers multiple questions throughout the checking out process. I was told it would be delivered in the morning on the following Tuesday. Tuesday morning comes and the package isn’t out for delivery yet and time is a factor. Every step of this normal transaction has been a headache I will never use UPS again. FedEx or USPS from here on out
