Horrible customer experience- they are extremely overpriced and are not transparent with pricing at the start of the order. You only find out once they’ve packed your stuff and then they refuse to unpack it once you see the price. Highly recommend to not come here or else you will get swindled.

It's the best run place I've been in. They are very profession and helpful. In everything they do. I'm 73 old i really enjoy myself knowing I will be taken care of. I give them a 5 star 🌟.

I’ve had a mailbox at this location for years. I really need to speak to the OWNER because service has become abhorrent. They sent a package to me in October but didn’t bother to communicate the tracking number until days after the package was supposedly delivered in November. I say supposedly because the critical package has been lost or stolen. All of this could have been avoided if the people working there would SIMPLY RESPOND TO EMAIL OR JUST ANSWER THE PHONE, but they don’t. It took 4 days to get a response and only after I sent additional emails. WORST UPS STORE EVER!

They didn't deliver my package to the address. I went to their office, where they told me where my package was, and I paid $6 for it. They formed a huge line, and one of the employees simply did nothing and didn't provide customer service. This is the worst delivery service you'll pay $ for.

This store is well staffed and there’s usually not a long line. I love that some of the staff speak Spanish. My Amazon returns are a breeze. I love the location, always parking available too

Only print label by email to the store, to sent ups label the worker tell me to pay for $2.99 , others ups store at no charge.

Brent gave us the best service we've ever received. The man is so conscientious in his work and he went above and beyond to ensure that our important documents were sent to New York overnight and had the return taken care of.
Everyone should be like Brent.

This UPS location is outstanding.
I have a PO Box here and the team is always friendly, professional, and ready to help. Whether I’m picking up packages or need assistance, they consistently provide great service. It’s a well-run location that makes managing mail easy and hassle-free!

I Shipped 2 boxes of samples from UPS store at 5456 Peachtree Blvd. (Across BofA ). Gary is the man who helped me. Genuinely helpful, and saved me some money with a couple of suggestions for future volume shipments. Would recommend -

I came here for a poster print job and talked to Brent before coming to make sure this was something they could do. He was very knowledgeable and kind and willing to help. The finished product was high quality and the service was great. I would definitely return here.

I am in town for work and had to send a few things back to my office in Colorado and do an Amazon return that was pretty physically large. London, the one who helped me, was AMAZING! So helpful and nice and just a calm demeanor all around. Usually my experiences at UPS aren’t above and beyond but London was seriously so nice I had to say something. Please give this woman a raise!
