The worst post office. Rude attitudes and not helpful when you need help.

Unfortunately this is not a good post office in our neighborhood and I myself and friends have reported lost packages despite checked delivered. Service is very slow as I understand there's always one lady at the counter.

It was easy, and fast, I saw the bad reviews but It just take me like 5 minutes to send the package so 5 starts

There should be a way to specify that Saturdays are self service only BEFORE one drives over. Be advised.

This is by far the worst post office I’ve had to use. I’ve waited almost 3 months for a key change, to which I was told would take maybe 3. I’ve personally been there 3 times in order to check on it, filled new paperwork out each time. And no one calls me or picks up the phone when I try to call into the office. I still have yet to get the new mailbox key.

Has lost two of my packages in a span on a month. Management is terrible because they never call you back like promised.

I went in for a finger print service and they said they only have one person can do it and he isn’t working today..so do yourself a favor call ahead to confirm they can do it on the day you are planning to go.

Place operates like they’re doing everybody a favor and it’s not service/paid job. Can we hire people who come to work and want to work and not looking for any angle to get out of work? How many times do we have to watch one person work while the other 2 workers are standing up front laughing. Idk if you’re on your break or not but since when did the register become a hang out? The optics are very bad.

Like many others, I’ve had multiple packages marked as delivered, but they never arrived.
Most recently, I got the delivery notification, went straight to my mailbox, and found nothing. As I was leaving, the mailman showed up, and he hadn’t even reached my box yet. I showed him the timestamp confirming it had already been marked as delivered. He checked his truck. No package. I asked if he might’ve delivered it to the wrong address. He said no.
I waited a few days. Still nothing.
I called the 800 number to report it. I explained this wasn’t the first time. It wasn’t the second or third either. The rep said she would open an investigation and forward it to the local branch.
I told her I already knew how that would go. I’d get an email from someone named D. Brown, saying the system shows it was delivered, and I should contact the seller for a refund. That’s exactly what happened.
The missing package was itself a replacement. The first one arrived ripped open, with items missing. So now I’m going back to the seller again. At this point, I wouldn’t blame them if they thought I was lying.
Meanwhile, mail listed as “delivered” in Informed Delivery keeps failing to show up. A replacement Social Security card. A document from the Department of Revenue. Still missing. That’s not minor stuff. If those fall into the wrong hands, I’m in trouble.
Whatever is going on at this post office is serious. I told the rep there’s no accountability. Packages go missing. Mail disappears. No one seems to be held responsible.
I’ve lived in this area for four years. Before this, I lived in Roswell for twenty. In two decades, I never had a single missing package. Not one. Moved here, and the problems started.
It’s frustrating, it’s stressful, and there’s no fix in sight.

Website says fingerprinting is available, tried to call 10 times prior to arriving and no one answered. The phone. Decided to drive there and was informed that despite the website stating someone would be there during business hours for fingerprinting they only have someone available until 11:30 on business days because they are understaffed. Asked why no one answered the phone when I tried to call to confirm prior to arrival and was told that no one ever answers the phone at this location. Was advised to go to another location an hour away... Staff stated that they had been this way for years and postal service had no intention to change the wording on the website or have staff members answer the phone

This is no reflection on personnel working in actual PO but rather on the mail carriers delivering from Dresden PO.
The delivery is CONTINUALLY many days late; but, more importantly, NOT delivered at all.
I have checked with point of origin to see if the item had been sent and yes, it was sent on time. The problem is that the mail, packages, periodicals have NEVER been delivered.
This is absolutely not acceptable. The USPS RAISES postal rates and LOWERS their standards.

I went to use the label broker service, but the older associate refused to help. I had a prepaid receipt from the self-service kiosk with a QR code to scan, but he kept insisting I didn’t have the label (I didn’t that’s the purpose of the service). The website even says that an associate is supposed to print the label for you.

Easy to find, plenty of parking, cleanly location. Came to drop off a package and everything went smoothly; no complaints
