We literally just walked in to get lunch and the lady behind the counter that works here named tanesha was on her phone with her headphones in ,grabbed the pizza out the heater and looked like she was about to throw it away. We said hey are you throwing that away. We want it. Don't throw it away. ( there was no other pizza ready ) She looked at us and continued to throw it away and didn't say a word and went back to the counter. If you are not a people person get you a job that isn't a public service job. I mean damn

Stopped To Use The Restroom && Buy A Few Sodas. Cashier Was Very Rude To Not Only Us. We Went Across The Street As Well As A Few Other Customers, Shell Was Much More Friendly, Clean, && Restrooms Were Available.

Coffee is rarely ready at 6am, a pretty typical tike for coffee. Instead of making 12 pizzas at 6 am make some coffee. Also, clean the filthy coffee station.

This store is one of the worst in the enmarket family. Mainly because the clerk in the store is the poster woman for rude. You signed up to be a part of the United Way caring club but evidently the clerk at this location doesn't like united way and refused to accept my caring club card for my drink. So not only do you loose this round because I just left everything on the counter but I won't be visiting the rest of your locations either. Maybe when you hire these people, remind them they work in customer service and not to be so rude. And thats putting it nicely.

I was gonna get a little gas to last me till I got into town, but at every pump I pulled up to had a infestation of spiders. I would much rather run out of gas than deal with a ton of spiders.

Store was not kept up well. Bathrooms we’re nasty, ice machine broken, nacho machine broken, coffee machine broken, no boil peanuts slushy machine broken. When speaking to the clerk about the issues she leaned over and said “sweetie we don’t get paid enough to worry about any of the sh!t”Unfortunately I am sure she’s right, nothing sucks more than being an employee that’s unappreciated. As a customer, who was traveling and who comes to a place for certain services and then having them unavailable is a huge inconvenience. Especially at a convenience store.

If I could give A negative zero i would I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE AT ALL WASTE OF TIMEI am highly upset with this place I live 15-20 minutes out and I only come for the pizza because it’s really good but I went 3 separate times to this store and one white lady told me that’s they was too understaff so they couldn’t make the pizza I requested or they couldn’t make pizza at all then I came in told I asked the black laid with the black shirt and she went to ask the white man with glasses who kindly made another white man his pizza but told me it was going to be 20 minutes for a 1/4 slice of pizza I don’t know what’s going on with this store but I don’t appreciate it at all I drive to far to not come back with what I came for and it’s always a excuse on why they can’t make the pizza they either need better workers or they just need to stop offering the pizza to the customers very very bad service don’t come here guys it’s not worth it I promise

Amazing there's an art to making pizza and getting it done fast and to order and we appreciate the extra TLC that you do for us regularly here I recommend calling ahead usually takes about 10 minutes to get pizza made to order

I made a purchase for a pack of cigarettes but didn't realize I had bought the wrong brand which was my mistake of course. My aunt was making a purchase for a pack of cigarettes as well and was refused by the cashier in selling her them. Her license was valid and not expired. He then refused to sell me a pack as well and his excuse was because we where riding in the same vehicle. Keep in mind he had just sold me a pack prior to my aunts transaction. I mentioned he was racist due to the fact that he sold cigarettes to other customers of other races right afterwards. He made some unnecessary comments to other customers in front of us. Racism should NOT be tolerated anywhere and I contacted corporate. I hope the appropriate measures are taken in for his removal.
