The customers that frequent are usually really nice but the young workers not always. Sometime you will get a nice one but most experiences they are rude. Also never any printer paper in the outside pumps . But if you kindly say anything the young manager will just stare at you as if I’m just being annoying and not acknowledge . I never leave bad reviews and will likely take this down but I’m so sick of the attitudes

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Will at IGA was beyond frustrating. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. When I asked a simple question, he acted like I was bothering him and couldn’t even be bothered to make eye contact. If you hate your job that much, maybe don’t take it out on the customers. It’s not hard to be polite, or at the very least, not blatantly disrespectful. IGA needs to seriously reconsider who they’re putting on the floor to represent them. I’ll think twice before shopping there again if this is the kind of service they consider acceptable.

Hometown grocery store. Locally-owned. They will also try to get products they don't have on the shelves, if you bring in a UPC.
