This place is the best. I called told them my problem, gave them my VIN number. They did everything else. I was told that it would cost me well of $12,000.00 to fix a transmission, they did under $5,000.00. I will recommend them to anyone

RUN! Go to a mechanic who passes on the part manufacturers warranty. I had no problems with this shop until I had a problem. Less then 45k on a new transmission and when it went out, I called. The 12k mile warranty is on work, there's still a part warranty that they do NOT pass on to the consumer or even keep track of. After many calls to the shop itself, I involved the franchise corporation. They told me and that woman that they would call me back. Gary told me whatever warranty they could find on the part after they tracked down where they got it from would be passed on to me and that he would call me back. Neither of those things happened and in less then 2 years I have another bad transmission. Not to mention they put on the paperwork that they took out a remanufactured transmission and put a remanufactured one back in. I was SOLD a new transmission and my car most definitely had the original transmission in it. Spend the extra money on a shop that you matter to.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! This man rebuilt a transmission because he said they don’t fix them anymore and put a new radiator in told me a 58 year-old woman that I would need to flush the lines in a couple of months never heard of such a thing then charged me $4300 not even three weeks later my car ran hot again now this man’s trying to say that it must’ve been another problem. No sir, I came to you because my car was running hot. You’re the one that told me everything that you needed to fix but it is not fixed now he’s trying to tell me he’ll have to charge me to look at it again. Definitely going to the Better Business Bureau.DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!

HORIBLE Customer service, HORIBLE Communication, Time management was awful and they're Racist to all malonated skin. These people knew I had to tow my truck in for an diagnose. "OBVIOUSLY" my vehicle is not running which they were aware of that. Week later no phone calls from this shop no communication what's so ever. This shop took a week to tell me that nothing can be done to my vehicle because it is not running in order to perform a diagnose. This shop is LAZY does not care about customer needs. Giving me excuse that they're under staff but have not communicated to let me know I needed my truck to be running in order to get diagnose done when they already knew my truck was being towed in the first place. I WILL NEVER DO BUSSINES HERE AND I SUGGEST YOU WONT TOO.

had problems shifting from first gear to second. Took my truck for a diagnostic from Mr. Walt, he suggested that I needed my transmission rebuilt didn't need a new one. paid more than the price quoted. got truck in 2 days, rushed lousy job for sure. took back twice already due to failure, had in shop for 4 weeks and still same issue gear stuck. my truck drove better before I took it to the shop. I should've just kept it like that. It was able to drive 80 easy now I can go over 30 miles. and still waiting to take back again once they "find parts needed". missed work order receipts. had to tow back out of my own pocket. only driven about 1000 miles and warranty is almost up. would not recommend at all.

Great shop to get your vehicle fixed the right way.Walt the owner is very hands-on and makes sure that their customers are taken care of properly. I had a Ford F150 that the transmission blew up on me. First I took it to the Ford dealer and they stated they wouldn't be able to look at my vehicle for 3 weeks. I was referred to Mr. Transmission in Brooklet GA because of their high reviews and they actually will get the job done properly and give you an honest quote. Transmissions today are very very technical and if you want to have your vehicle serviced properly take it to Mr. Transmission in Brooklet GA.

My daughter bought a vehicle form Mann Proformance in Vidalia, within a week the vehicle started having issues and left her stranded. After lots af arguing with the dealership they agreed to let Mr. Transmission work on it. Walt was amazing! He helped me get the dealership to pay for the transmission to be replaced and got my daughter out of a rental car, 3 weeks, and back in her vehicle. My daughter and I are grateful for Walt. He goes beyond customer service and helps get things done. I highly recommend going to see Walt at Mr. Transmission when you need ANYTHING done on your vehicle. They didn't do what I said to do si they could see what my transmission was doing as soon as I left my transmission was stuck in 2nd gear then stuck in 4th. Nobody listened!

My niece took her car to Mr Transmission to have the transmission evaluated. The first day she spoke with very nice people who were professional and accommodating. When the tow truck driver arrived with the vehicle the representative at the counter was very nasty and unprofessional. Car troubles can be very stressful and you don't need to speak with people that don't appreciates their customers. Don't use this place, use someone who counts on repeat business and building a customer base.
