VERY DISAPPOINTED. Had a package delivered today and instead of driving up my driveway to deliver my package which was a little to big for my mailbox, THEY SHOVED IT IN MY MAILBOX. I have to forcefully pull it out.. 😡

If you want a quick in and out with friendly, helpful postal workers, this is the place to go! Bypass the large Post Offices and head to Brooks! You will not be sorry!

Eric was super kind, authentic, and helpful. This postoffice is the least stressful postoffice I’ve ever been to :) I’d drive down from Atlanta just to mail packages from here lol.

Found something I knew a friend I had who lived in Illinois would like.Went here instead of Griffin because it’s always packed there.Service went on without a hitch.The lady who put my shipping label, instead of putting it on the top of the box, wrapped it around the corner. I don’t know why they couldn’t put it on the top or side of the box, so we’ll see if the machine can read it.

We love both of the folks who work the counter at this post office. There is a USPS closer to our home, but we drive right past it to go the Brooks post office.

It's absolutely wonderful to have such a close-by post office that's never crowded. I would just ask that the mail carriers read the names and addresses a little more carefully so I don't end up with other people's mail in my box.

After seeing a PTC postal employee be very rude to at least three patrons, it really made me appreciate the level of service that I receive from the Brooks Post Office. I only went to PTC because they were open after my office had closed for the day. After seeing this employee in action, I decided to leave and wait for my office to open today. Thank you so much for the level of service that you provide to the residents of Brooks.

Inside the post office, service is always fast and most of the time it is very friendly. It is a small building, but only serves a small community, so you don't have the wait times that you do in bigger areas.
