I had such a great experience with Rosalind Carroll She took the time to explain everything clearly and ended up saving me a lot of money on my insurance. On top of that, she was incredibly kind, personable, and easy to talk to — which honestly made the whole process stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people, not just selling a policy. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re looking for insurance help.

The ladies at the office is always polite and friendly to talk too. They were able to shop around and find me a much better rate than i was paying with my previous company. I referred my neighbors and they got them covered also.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. I JUST CALLED ON 5-29-24 @ 12:28 pm. A WOMAN ANSWERED THE PHONE AND WAS VERY CONDESCENDING AND DOWN RIGHT RUDE AND LAZY! SHE DIDN'T WANT TO HELP AT ALL. I'M MORTIFIED AT HOW SHE'S REPRESENTING THIS COMPANY AND THE OWNER SHOULD BE TOO. HUNG UP. CALLED BACK AND SHE HUNG UP AGAIN. I'LL BE SURE ACCEPTANCE IS THE LAST COMPANY I RECWOMMEND TO MY CUSTOMERS MOVING FORWARD. JUST DISGUTING
