On vacation and car started having cranking issues. Stopped by here and they tested the battery. It verified what we suspected that the battery was going. We bought a new one here. They removed the old battery and installed the new one for free. It was fairly quick and we were on our way, now with sone peace of mind.

We needed an OBDII scanner. The store let someone use it and the customer never returned it. My thoughts are the store should order another one instead of making the excuse and shoulder shrugging. I've shopped here before and had good experiences with friendly staff before.
