Beware do not use this bank. My account has been hacked into 4 times this year. And each time it's just the uh we don't know what happened. Now once again I sit here with a closed bank card on a weekend. No funds to feed my family and they could careless. Literally just waiting for Monday morning. So I can pull my money and move to another bank.

Banking is all about a good relationship. I’ve been banking in Glynn county for over forty five years. Ameris Bank, Cypress Mill Rd branch is one of the best around. The tellers are all friendly and Lynn Rhymes has often gone above and beyond in helping me. Not only in business but with personal matters as well. Thank you Ameris Bank!!

This is truly MY bank! Every time I go inside, for whatever reason, I'm treated like I'm the only person inside. The staff goes out of their way to help me and everything is explained to me before I leave.If you don't bank with Ameris, you should consider checking it out.

Very professional and friendly lady set my account up but I have now waited 30 days for a checkbook and a ATM card which is still not here. I pulled up my account entered my ID and for security purposes it listed two phone numbers that were not mine but somehow are associated to my account. Sorry but I can not deal with a bank that can’t get the simplest checking account set up in a timely manner and get my information correct. I will be closing the account on Monday and going back to Wells Fargo.

Unwelcoming staff tried to Open an account twice they make it hard to open a simple account I wish it was An easy process and wished I belonged there lady made feel like I was a burden.

Recently moved to Brunswick and was looking for a full service bank to handle my financial matters. I walked into this bank and approached the first desk on the right and told the lady that I wanted to open a saving, checking and CD account and asked the lady if she could handle this for me and she said yes. Knowing that these three account setups would require some time, I kindly asked if I may use the men's room before beginning. She had a frown on her face and said that they did not offer those faculties to the general public. In addition she said, don't feel bad but the employees restrooms very seldom worked. A little bit surprised, I agreed to proceed anyway. I explained that I was closing my bank account in the same town ( Brunswick ) because they were being bought out by another financial firm that I was not familiar with. I gave her the certified $75,000.00 check from the other bank and requested that $5,000.00 be put in checking, $1000.00 in savings and the balance in a CD. At that time, she informed me that these none of these funds would not be available to me for 60 days even though she had called the bank that issued the check and verified the amount. Her explanation for the 60 days wait time was that there were so many crooks out there that brought in counterfeit checks that their bank had to be very careful.Then I asked about a ATM card and she again reminded me they could provide a ATM card that day be it it could not be utilized for 60 days regardless of deposits. YOU MUST BE A MEMBER FOR 60 DAYS TO USE ATM, SHE REMINDED ME!I then asked her to give me the all of the checks and paperwork back and said, “ This bank is too hard to do business with, thanks for your time.

I have banked with this location for several years now. I’ve always been pleased with their friendly staff and the way they prioritize customer service. The willingness to help comes from every employee to include the branch manager who always has her door open. It is very evident that Lynn and her entire staff care about their clients. I would recommend this bank to everyone!

Quick and efficient. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. From personal and commercial checking/savings accounts to investments and loans, I trust this bank to handle my business and handle it well. They've done that for all the years I've been with them. Kudos to y'all!
