My son and I came in today ready to buy a sofa and loveseat cash in hand. As we walked in 2 women on cell phones were just standing around. The one woman greeted us asked us could she help us. I showed her the picture on my phone that came from their website. She said oh we don't have that. She then just stared at me. Then she said again we don't have that so you can't sit on it.?? I asked if they had anything similar to it. She said uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..then walked over to the other lady, still on her cell, she said yeah we don't have that. I've never heard of that. The one lady came back said yeah we don't have that. You will have to go to Jacksonville for it. I said ok, well we'll just look around. We walked around 30 min or so. No other customers in store. Both ladies stayed on their cells. We left. They lost 2k today. No wonder people aren't in there. No one in there wants to make money.

Marco was a very helpful in finding the furniture we were wanting. He was very patient and was truly a nice person. We would definitely recommend him and the manager who also helped in our quest. I was very impressed with their service.
