Before selling me anything, Jim tested pieces and parts to make sure I got what I needed. He installed my headlights and explained what he was doing. He even took time out to tell me the types of repairs that O'Reilly can't complete. You know, just in case something else went wrong.

“As I was driving from Cincinnati to Daytona yesterday, my tensioner pulley self-destructed and caused both of my belts to come off and also destruct. I bedded down for the night as everything was closed but made an order to these guys for two belts and a tensioner. I got here in the early morning while it was still cold outside (because I had no coolant, or anything else for that matter) running off of strictly battery power. Upon 7am, I met with this amazing crew and they informed me that they won’t get my tensioner until after 12:00. They allowed me to hang out, ask questions, and they even took me to get lunch while I waited on my tensioner!Ps. If you need Milwaukee products, this is the place to go in southern Georgia. They have all the Milwaukee products. ??”
“Our truck broke down on the way to an appointment and it was very early in the morning. Luckily, Carquest was opening soon (half an hour before the other parts stores) so a family member drove us and amazingly they had every part we needed. My husband is a car guy and said this rarely happens, that usually the parts have to be ordered... Not this time! Within a couple of hours we were up and running.

“Let me start by saying they were open Thanksgiving Day. Went in to get some exhaust parts the gentleman that helped was Joey I believe was able to locate and suggest everything I needed. Also while I was there I got diagnostic on my Range Rover. They were able to give me a print out of codes and a list of possible fixes was also on the report. I would recommend this O'Reilly's parts store over any parts stores. I normally wouldn't give a 4 star rating to O'Reilly's because I haven't ever been able to exchange a lifetime warranty part. They can look up everything I bought but the parts I need to exchange. That's reason for 4 stars hopefully this location is different.”
“Our radiator failed during a road trip from Florida to South Carolina for a wedding. I-95 Toyota was nearby, and kindly fit us in for service. Unfortunately parts needed to be ordered, so we took advantage of their inexpensive rental options and made it to the family wedding in SC, then drove back Monday to retrieve our car. Shoutout to Ann for her empathy and excellent communication during what was for us a stressful event.”

“Traveling through on Halloween and overheated. Stopped here and expected to leave my car behind and get a rental tonget back home. They weren't able to get me in to see a technician, but the service writer was helpful. He checked for codes and helped me out for free. He made calls to dealerships on my router home to get me the help I needed.”
