Hey everyone! I just had the most amazing experience with Avis rental car company at Brunswick Golden Isles Airport. My family rented a white Chevrolet Suburban for my graduation ceremony at FLETC, which actually happened on December 08, 2023 (I know, I'm a little late to the review party! ?).But let me tell you, even though I'm tardy, I couldn't miss the chance to give a shoutout to Mr. Rob, the location manager extraordinaire! ? When we needed to rebook the car after returning it, Mr. Rob came through like a superhero. He not only understood our situation but managed to give us the same price as our original booking, even though it was closing time and everything. Talk about amazing customer service! ?So, if you find yourself in the Brunswick Golden Isles Airport area and in need of a rental car, make sure to swing by Avis and ask for Mr. Rob. Trust me, he's the real deal! Thanks again, Mr. Rob, for saving the day and making our trip unforgettable. ?"

Worst car rental, make sure you check every inch of that car, even the tires they will saddle you with damaged tire even though the manager said that the tires is not damaged, didn't hit anything, returned the car the same way I got it. They trying to make extra money. First and the last time

I cannot express how happy I was with the service I received from Mr. Robert. He gave us A1 service from the moment we entered until we departed. I am so glad I chose Avis/budget at this location. I would do it repeatedly if the need presented. The cars are always clean and exactly what I am looking for and the prices are reasonable. This was my second time dealing with them. Each time professional quick friendly personable service and out the door I went. Again to the young man Mr. Robert thank you for making the difference in my otherwise hectic chaotic. Thank you Ms.Janean for making the return process just as flawless as the pickup process each time I have returned a vehicle. Customer service was was topnotch ensuring this will not be my last time using them.

Traveling 900miles to Florida to drop our daughter off at college with all her things in the car we broke down in Savannah, GA, at 9pm just 9 miles from the hotel we were going to stay in that night. We managed to limp the car to the hotel, and the next morning started the process of trying to find a way to complete the journey. After a long process of arranging to get the car looked at and towed over for service, I started what I thought would be the easy part getting a rental car. That turned into a bigger issue than getting the car serviced. There were no rental cars available in Savannah from any agency that day. We would have had to wait until the next day when we were supposed to be dropping my daughter off at 10am. I continued to call and web search for rentals available that day and eventually ended up at Brunswick Avis 65 miles away. They had exactly what we needed, and we were able to pick it up by noon and return it one way wherever we ended up. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful arranging the car and holding it for me for the hour and 15min it took to get there and the ladies behind the counter were very helpful getting me the car and explaining that they were an independent franchise, so there were potentially some tricks to getting the car returned. This was a corporate vehicle, so they did not have to charge me a return fee and we could return it anywhere. This turned out to be very useful as we had been told by the dealership it could be a week before they could service our car, so we had made the reservation to return the rental car at our home.While dropping my daughter off at school the following day the service manager called and said they had bumped our car to the front of the line, were able to look at it figure out the issue, and would have it fixed the next day. They are getting their own 5-star review from us. I dropped the rental car off at the Savannah airport on the way back home after picking up our repaired vehicle. They were very busy, and the agent scanned the car in and said everything was good to go, and they would e-mail me the receipt. I have done this dozens of times for work, so I thought nothing of it, but I should have made sure I had a receipt in hand before leaving the airport. I never received an email while driving the many hours to get home. I tried to check with Avis customer service and was sent into automated response call hell and could not talk to a real person. There is no button to check that fit my circumstances. I finally called the Brunswick Avis directly. The Agent, a human being, was very pleasant and worked with me. Turns out the Savannah Avis never closed out the rental. Within 15 minutes speaking to the Brunswick agent, I had an email of the rental charge receipt. I wish all customer service would revert to human beings who can work outside a script and are knowledgeable of their profession as the Brunswick staff are. I would give them more than 5 Stars if it were possible.

As a business owner myself I believe that we should start leaving more google ratings for business especially when they have done a good job. Most people leave reviews when they have had a bad experienced. Unlike the other posts for this Avis, I am giving this location along with the very helpful staff that helped me the other day a very good review. I will post her name later because it has been a few days now and I don't want another day to go by to just do the right thing. She helped me when there were absolutely no othe cars for rent in my home town and within a 60 mile redius of my home town. Not sure what was going on that there were such limited amout of rental cares in the area at the time. She even stayed late for me to arrive even though it would take me an hour to get to her. She was very very friendly, professional and I would reccomend this place with her working there at any time. The care that was available was very clean and the correct size that I needed. This location will be my "go to" location if I am ever in a spot where I need there help again. 100% satisfied with the service, price and product for this Avis. Thank you so much for to the employee who helped me that day. Again I will post her name later when I get the correct spelling of her name.3/12/2021. The agent that helped me is named Talet Baldwin. We have rented a car from this location on numerous occasions we had a reservation to pick up a car November 9th which is a Saturday. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle the girl behind the counter did not say hello just handed a phone number over and said call your insurance company we need a document. My insurance company is not open on Saturdays we've never needed this document before after being asked what we should do she says I don't know but I can't rent you a car so we had to go to Jacksonville Avis

Well I am in town for a few months and was planning on renting from here often, not anymore. I will definitely be taking my business to another company. I made a reservation, before picking up the car I found out they offer a big discount for my company, when i brought that up they said it was too late because i already made the reservation (had not got the car, signed for it, or paid yet). Now I could have just said okay well im canceling the reservation and then booked it again right there and got that discount but i didnt want to be rude. Then when i dropped off the car 2 days later I was told ahead of time they had a shuttle that could drop me off, well after turning in the keys and asking for the shuttle they said they cant take me to my hotel because its not where they drive to with the shuttle (the hotel was literally 3.5 miles away, about a 5 min drive). How unbelievably rude and poor customer service! So I had to download the uber app and sign up and call for an uber to take me. Definitely using a different company for my future business which is going to be often. Their loss.

I love this avis the counter agents are so helpful and very professional and everytime I rent there I'm greeted with a smile I've never had a bad experience they always upgrade me with the beat vehicle.

I was given the incorrect drop of time of 10 am instead of 10pm and on my receipt paper is listed as 1000 no am or pm. Tried to call and contact about figuring the time out, turns out it's an independent rental location and I would have to call them to figure it out. Will not be able to make it back in time if I am locked in at the incorrect time since they open at 10am on the day of the return. Any assistance for same day return at the original time would be appreciated...
