“We were driving up the highway to get back home and trying to locate parts along the way... when we arrived Joseph informed us we were unfortunately not at the store that had a part waiting for us&they did not have it. He then found us the next store that had our part, made sure we had the correct address&checked us out and let us know it was waiting for us to walk in. 10/10 customer service for Joseph, it's so important to remember to be nice when you don't know how bad a strangers day has been& thank you for going the extra mile! “This location is THE location! Jim (the manager) listened to me explain what I needed and then helped me find it. Before selling me anything, Jim tested pieces and parts to make sure I got what I needed. He installed my headlights and explained what he was doing. He even took time out to tell me the types of repairs that O'Reilly can't complete. You know, just in case something else went wrong.
