I had a great experience with this location!! All the ladies that assisted me there were friendly understanding and informative. If they tell you to get insurance on your phone. You better listen and get insurance. Take it from me ? as I normally get insurance on all my stuff but this time I did not and guess what the phone had a manufacturer defect where my screens pixels went out however the lady in there told me that my phone had a limited manufacturer warranty on it(which I did not know and at the time I brushed that off too until I needed it) I remembered she was like ok I'm just telling you. Now I feel so stupid , because the advice she told me came in handy and I was able to send my phone back in for repair . The manufacturer paid for me to ship the phone back to them and paid for return shipping back to me as well. Now damage the limited warranty does not cover but manufacturing defects yes. Get the insurance if you know you are hard on phones.If it was not for them telling me I had a limited warranty on it . I would have just chucked this incident up as a loss.Also they made sure that I got the phone I wanted and cases I needed as well.

Amazing service from an employee named Lynn today. I didn't recognize the number calling and almost didn't answer however I'm glad I did. I found out that as a loyal Boost customer I was eligible for an upgrade and also found out I could add a line to my service and my bill would decrease in price..glad I answered and Lynn was super knowledgeable and helpful..this is one reason I have stuck with Boost all these years..great customer service

Very Rude on the phone. I called because every time i go to add a phone line theres a sign out to lunch. Was told the only time to be sure they are open it to show up at 10am. And there always short staff. What kind of a business are they running. A bus stop offers more times. She defiantly didnt want my business. So not old did i get a second line from another company i will be transfer my current number from Boost and other services to my new provider. I would recommend the owner look into to people they have working there

Terrible service, I have been there on several occasions, 4 times closed, 1 time, they did not want to accept the payment of my monthly fee, as of today without service, I am looking for a better service!!×

It wasn't this place that I'm giving a one-star. Boost Mobile overall customer service The corporate number was very short with me. Not only that. I was unable to transfer the phone that I have to another service. Because of their unorthodox rules the rules of Boost Mobile should not Prevent me from switching to another service.
