I had a great experience with Superior Storage! Nelson was very helpful when setting me up. His customer service was informative, friendly, and made the whole process stress-free. The move-in process was super easy!!! They had carts available, and it was simple to navigate through the facility to find my unit. The free lock they provided was already waiting inside, which made everything even easier and smoother. The facility is very secure, safe, clean and everything was exactly as I expected, if not better. I’m really happy with the service. This is definitely a great location! Nelson was Awesome!

When I first started with superior storage Jessica was a great help. She was always there when I had to pay my monthly fee and was very friendly. I know you have to go up on your rates a little but I think 60.00 is a little too much. When I go pay my monthly bill now I have to go by 3 or 4 times to pay it because there is never anyone there. There’s always a note on the door that says they are on property somewhere. I know there are things to do to maintain a business but there should be someone up front to take payments.
