The store is clean and put together but the staff need to do better. They don’t speak when you come into the store and they are rude when you ask for assistance. The dressing room seems to be always “closed today!” The lady with the short blonde hair checked me out and just was not friendly. No hello when approached the register, no your total is when she finished ringing me up. I said thank you any ways when she gave me the receipt and she said your welcome ?. It was the quietest check out I ever had!

The clothes everything good but never open on time it's 11:13 and still not open need responsible people to work all these different time they open not good at all

I love city trends. I always find what I'm looking for. The only issue I have is sometimes the clothing choices may not be geared towards people who don't dress like teenagers. This location has always been nice and friendly.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of this location. Every thing was so orderly and neat. I took away one star because of the staff's use of language. However, they were friendly so I won't complain too much. A+
