We have purchased many appliances here over the years with zero issues. Our 8 year old dryer decided to stop working while we were sick with pneumonia. Within a couple days they had someone out and had it back up and working in 5 minutes.
The fella that fixed it was very professional, courteous and refused to charge us. I'm certain this is not going to always be the case but we are very grateful for him and to be able to do laundry again while recuperating from our illness.

Had a scheduled appointment for a 2-hour window. Near the end of the window I called to make sure they were still coming. The woman simply answered "yes". I asked if it would be soon, and she said they were down 2 technicians and they would be at least an hour later. I asked why she didn't call, and she had no answer. Mistakes or unforeseen circumstances are not the problem. When you don't handle them properly is the problem. Why aren't they calling all their scheduled appointments to let us know? Rude, bad office staff.

Over the years we have bought several appliances from this store. The staff are helpful and informative. Recently we had a problem with our refrigerator - I called and within the same day we had a technician (Kevin) come and fix it. We very much appreciated his work and explanation- Thank You, sir !! We are happy to recommend this store and will continue to use their services.

I had a great experience talking to them on the phone, and getting their recommendations for a new dish washer. They were able to give me quotes on price as well as discuss features. They were professional and informative, and they had someone to do the install/delivery for me. They were also great. I'd go back to them for my appliance needs.

Great service
We have use for all are appliances and we called about our stove top which wasn’t bought from them. They spent time helping us find the part we needed and then told us how to get it online. I would always use them for any appliance we need in the future.

Seems like a great local business.I likely just caught them on a very busy week. Wanted to give them my business but the quote I was seeking was a week late and not exactly what I asked for. I would still maybe try them again sometime.I went instead with LG direct they also had free delivery parts and haul away at the time.So far so good.Call local service people and ask what they work on the least.

Very helpful in helping me decide what washer & dryer set best fit my needs. They delivered and set up items quickly, they offer a nice warranty and service everything they sell. Hands down, WAY better than big box stores!
