This place is a joke. Took a frame there to get powder coated. They had to redo it three times and it still is not correct. Has light spots where there is hardly any powder. Dirt and Dust in the powder as well. The more and more we look at it the worse it gets. Left a review a while back but somehow it got deleted. The people in the upholstery department seem to know what they are doing and friendly. Was there all day waiting on corrections and watched body shop employees drive customer vehicles to the store and to lunch. Would not get anything powder coated here! When we asked for a refund or at least a partial refund for the inconvenience the owner said, "I am not giving you a F*ing refund we did it four times as you watched, and you took it so no refund" . Well, I am not a powder coater. I do not know just by watching if your guy is doing is correct or not. I do know the powder should not be light in some areas and showing metal from the frame in other areas. This is a show truck, and they were told as much from the very beginning of this process. No expense has been spared and we do not mind paying for quality, but you cannot get quality here they do not have the capability and I am not sure they have the desire either.

My experience was absolutely amazing. Customer service was top notch and they communicated with me throughout the entire process of getting my car’s bumper repaired and painted. Pricing was very competitive and fair as well.

Only went in for an estimate but I was extremely impressed with the owner and his background of information on my car. I'm looking forward to their service and I will return with the report back when the car has been finished.This is a wonderful place for everyone but those women who are single or widowed this is the perfect place to go because Richard is very kind very generous and very honest and you will feel like that you're getting the best work for your money.
