I was told there’s no way I could pay for the appointment on Monday since I didn’t have anything to pay for the day, mind you I took a Uber there so it was no way I would have anything left. Wasted $13, will choose other places.

I have been waiting on my Lantus for almost a monthOut completely today ..been calling for a week the young black girl at the door counter conversing with the short heavy set white lady behind the counter said they could not locate my insulin BUT what was the excuse they do not return phone calls / messages either . The girl said because of the hurricaneThere was no hurricane in Glynn in our area we have heavy rain .. so now they are closing wants me to leave .. says they will call in med at pharmacy and NO CHARGE after I told her great don’t get paid till next weekPharmacy just called OH YES MAM YOU DO HAVE TO BUY THISSO SO SLOPPY OF SERVICE..Well just got in with a Dr and guess what I realized with Medicare I should not have to pay for office visitSO WHY AM I BEING CHARGED 32.50 each time I came to Coastal Community Health and just seeing a PA

Worst doctors office ever. Made a procedure appointment to have arm implant birth control removed since they are income based I paid before going back to exam room for them to tell me the dr was sick that day. So they charged me for nothing then received 3 depo shots later there l, went there for my 4th and they lost all of my records of me even receiving them and they were the ones who administered them ??♀️ Was having some postpartum depression and the dr asked me what med and dosage I wanted….. ummm idk I’m not the dr I thought that was their job so I just ended up leaving. Left there feeling the doc was more clueless about meds than me. Thank god I have good insurance now and found a good doctor. But I wouldn’t go here if my life depended on it. Do not go to this dr office! Only good dr there was dr. Floyd and he left thank god.

Jennifer Silva the woman in charge of human resources, is the definition of rude and unprofessional. I asked permission to the person above her in the administrative office if I could shadow the medical assistants for six weeks. Mrs. Cheryl Woods told me to email her and I explained I was no longer with a school I was shadowing to get my hours for my certification exam by myself. They told me that this was all right and I could start whenever I wanted. A few weeks later I asked if they could recommend me to the board to take the certification exam and Silva apparently did not do her job when I clearly stated IN MY LETTER THAT I WAS NOT AFFILIATED WITH A SCHOOL!!!! I believe this was her fault that she did not pay attention to closely enough. She immediately became angry and kept accusing me of being a “con artist” when none of this was true. I was very upset and she was ruthless when I tried to explain my situation on the phone. I typed two emails to Mr. Chandler Kavanaugh the CEO of the facilities, and gave her no penalties. I may just have to have an in person meeting with him explaining her unprofessionalism. People like her should be terminated for her rude, unprofessional behavior.

Impossible to speak with a human by phone regarding appointments, follow up calls or anything else. Have no clue where my prescriptions were sent, voicemail is full and no response to messages sent through the app they use.

The doctor tell you they are making a referral and you call for weeks, told to call doctor you being referred to and set up appt, when you call they don't have a referral, this has went on for 2 months.

I was referred to this facility by a doctor at Brunswick hospital for a follow-up on a surgery I had. Although the staff was very nice my surgical issue was not addressed, and I am very disappointed by this. Instead the care giver I saw was more interested in treating my tinnitus, which I have had for 40 years and is a non-issue for me. I really wish that my surgery was followed up on since I seem to be having a problem with the incision and I have no clue what I should do.

I came at 3:45 on Wednesday to get a booster vaccine booster, I parked in front of the building in a spot with cones. We sat for a few minutes and then this young lady leaves the building locking the door behind her. I said excuse me mam, she kept walking got in her car and road off. So I checked online they don’t close till 5. I called and no answer. All I wanted was my question answered but it’s ok. I really do expect poor customer service from most places in Brunswick.

Never answer the phone. Doctors rotate in and out constantly. Questionable billing practices. Brunswick location has changed over the past few years; not for the better.
