Just had a local dealership correct some "shoddy workmanship that was cobbled together" (their words) by Vaden Chevrolet. Not only that, but for some reason prices in Georgia are twice as high as Michigan, plus it didn't take two weeks as it did at Vaden Chevrolet too. Service in Michigan took less than three hours. I have given them every opportunity to explain all this, but no comment.

We were having problems with our brand new 2023 Camero. Donna was wonderful, she asked the right questions so she knew exactly what was going on and advised that we didn't need to use our free oil change. They were done in no time and it was perfect again....\\nThey even washed her. WOW so happy!!!! Thanks guys!\\nLynn and Nick

My car needed service, and they were very busy. They went out of their way to not only fit me in, but we're able to complete the work in half the time they anticipate. We will definitely continue using this service department! The new service manager is great.

I recommended this company based on my experience buying a new car. I obviously was not aware when my son asked me about buying from Dan Vaden that new cars and used cars are totally different.My son (last name Wilson)bought a used Ford F150 truck. Within 3 weeks it had to go in to the shop. Not only were they unhelpful and rude in getting him in to get it fixed they refused to supply him with a replacement vehicle, claiming they "had nothing available". After two weeks of him paying for his own rental vehicle to the tune of $1,400 I called and showed out. They put him in a "Trax?" tiny SUV for the remainder of the time the truck was in the shop and promised to reimburse him the $1,400. Now months later they refuse to talk to him on the phone or return his phone calls. Neither the General Manager or Service Manager has the guts to admit how badly they treated this young man who has a family depending on him. SHAME ON YOU DAN VADEN BRUNSWICK!!!!!!You will never have to worry about anyone from my family bothering to buy from you again. That includes anyone I come into contact with at my job as well since I work in Brunswick and feel my duty is to warn people how you treat customers.

Went to get an oil change and the service representative was so rude and belittling that we just walked out. I would rather give my money to a company that appreciates our business.

We had an emergency break down in the middle of a trip. Had our Camaro flat bedded there after hours. We had lost a secondary radiator to a rock and overheated. Within two days our car was up and running. We know they were very gentle with her as we watched the video on valet mode . We truly appreciate the care taken as Finola is one of 5 white 2019 Camaro 2SS 1 LE with a sunroof. We love her like a child.

The waiting room is comfortable and roomy. Vending machines are available. Just wish coffee was available.Vehicles always need maintenance, so although there is a wait, the service department is dependable and keeps the pro in professional.

I needed some work done. I needed spark plugs on my cts. They lied about the measurements on my brake pads. Unsold coolant flush and brake fluid flush and injector cleaning and they changed my cabin air filter without clearing the debris on the intake. So I walked out with an $800 bill a quote for $1800. And I still need spark plugs. There is one service writer so you can't talk to anyone else and I'm not sure this person could even identify the parts that were quoted. Not that happy with this borderline Cadillac dealer!

Only come here if you want to waste your time and gas. Came to view a 2020 Chevy Trax that they had listed on Cargurus for $16,795, but it was listed for $23,000 on their website. I called & spoke with Sandy who told me that if I had a screenshot of the price on Cargurus, that they would sell it to me at that price. I asked her multiple times if she was sure that they would because I would be driving 2 hours out of town to come purchase the vehicle. She said yes & told me to ask for her when I arrived. When I got there, the salesman told me that Sandy was just the "internet person" and that I wouldn't be directly working with her, so he would help me. He tried to get me to give him my information to run my credit before I even test drove the car. Then he tells me "we just sold the car 30 minutes ago". He then tried to show me another Trax that had been in an accident and said he could get it for me at a similar price. His manager told me he would sell it to me for $19,000 because it was an upgraded model... was the car not an upgraded model when you drove it around the lot to show it to me? Since when are 16 and 19 similar numbers? These people did not sell the car, they just did not want to sell it for the price advertised and instead, wasted my time and gas driving two hours. I will tell everyone not to shop here because these people are liars and scammers.
