These people are knowledgeable, cheerful, and are always happy to see me, even though they know I rarely buy very much. Also, this business is local. To me, that’s important.

There was an issue with proof of purchase on a milwaukee power tool i brought for a warranty repair. Instead of calling me to inform me i had to call to ask where my tool is. Only reason i havnt given 1 star is they are working to fix the issue. If they give me any more grief im changing this review to 1 star.

It's a family owned Business.Everyone is really helpful and it brings back memories of my child hood.If something brakes new or old I'm sure they have it.
