I purchase a jar of instant coffee I notice the date is 7/5/2023
I went back to the store and try to exchange for another one , the assistance manager ( an angry women ) told me they don’t exchange or return even with original receipt, I ask why ? It those not said on the receipt or any one told me when I brought the item she told me well is on our website so , I check the website no wer in the web side said such a thing I ask her can you please tell me were she said I do t have time is our policy I told her is outdated almost a yr ago , she said I can’t return or exchange period I told her they is wrong why she said because I said so now live or I call the police !
Is not the dollar is the principal !! She need to learn how to test customers and stop lying , I will take this to the manager tomorrow because today is Easter Sunday and he is not there hopefully I get different results

Typical Dollar Tree with shelves stocked but some aisles were messy with merchandise scattered about, even on the floor. Store had one cashier and she was extremely efficient, friendly, and very helpful to multiple customers.

Employee is being left in the store alone. No key holder or manager on duty. Lines get backed up. This is not ok.

Ashley Wright the manager is absolutely fantastic. Every year she takes time out of her schedule to help me get organized for a charity event where I need a 100 stockings a 100 candy canes and she always makes time for me. She is such a huge help and has a great attitude. Thank you for adding to the Christmas spirit of giving.

Manager of this store this morning was the most rude, vial disgusting woman I have ever seen. She was outside in a parking lot screaming and harassing students that were coming into a retail community plaza parking lot. She was extremely unprofessional, out of the scope of her job duties. She remained out there for over and hour cursing at people wearing her dollar tree shirt and not taking care of customers in her store. Mental Illness may be suspect here.

Pretty trashy. It isn’t usual to see employees having an altercation with customers or to hear employees drop the F bomb. Kind of a wreck on the inside too.

Horrible customer service during night shift. On 8/15/22 at 8:25 (35 mins before close) I pulled into parking lot. A rude employee was outside yelling at me and 4 other customers saying they was closed. I let her know the sign says they close in 35 mins and she replied "I don't give a f*** if they sign said we close at midnight, we closed and u have to come back another day". Finally after arguing she let us in. After she let us in she was yelling saying she cant get her cleaning done due to us "F***king customers keep coming in."

Always very busy but they do the best they can. There were a ton of employees stocking but only one on a register with the line backed up into the aisle. Found many things I needed and the staff were very nice. Badly in need of an update since this is one of the busiest locations in the area. Minus one star for the odd assignment of staff as the line got longer and longer.

As usual, stopped by for just a couple of things and bought more than intended. But where else can you buy dinner plates, salad plates, cereal bowls and coffee cups to match for $1.25 each????♀️?♀️This Dollar Tree is always very clean and pretty organized. Would rather go to this one than the one on the spur.
