Karen lives up to her name, she just called my place of business looking for an employee that does not work in our office & was very rude to me while I took down the message to give to said employee, refusing to give a purpose of her call and hanging up on me when I asked. Unprofessional and nasty!

Bought a new sectional. Received with dust cover ripped on bottom of armed sofa, locking mechanism broken on armless section and the the armed section has a tear between the two where stuffing is coming out. Delivery person took a hammer to the one locking mechanism but still broken he said he fixed the other side that way. Then I asked why, he said because the new piece that was delivered had been broken when received so they were told to deliver the piece from the showroom floor. So a new sectional... and I was sent a used floor piece and was only told because I was upset that I got a new sectional and it showed damage. I had to call the manager and did so while the delivery drivers were there. She was not phased when I told her I was aware that a section of my couch was used and a floor model. No accountability and no apology. Her response was I'll order you a new one. And that was about it. I asked what do I do until then and she said use it until the new one comes. The drivers were embarrassed. I have no idea when I will get my new sectional because no follow up from the store. Trying to give a customer a broken used piece along with damage to other supposedly new pieces is shady. Why would you risk your businesses reputation like that? I just want my new in perfect condition sectional that I am paying for. So here I sit hoping this store in Brunswick is actually going to make this right. I will say Glory was the very helpful when we bought (ordered) the sectional. The rest of out experiences there were not so great.

Sandy Robertson went above and beyond to deliver our furniture with no help. She is an employee you should be very proud of because now a days no one would have done that. She should not be put in the position of not having any help to begin with.

Service was mediocre u til we worked with Glory who did an outstanding job. She was courteous and helpful. She was the only one working in the store and not only attended to us but she attended to others that came in and also took payments at the same time. We received our furniture and the delivery guys were from the Jesup store. The locking mechanism on our sectional was broken and would not lock. I was told after the attemp by the delivery person to take a hammer to it that the new piece that was ordered was damaged when they received it so the store manager Sandy had them take the floor model piece from the store as a replacement. To me this is passing off a used (and broken) piece of furniture off as new with no notice. The dust cover on the bottom of the sectional was hanging off of the armed couch and stuffing is coming out of that piece as well. I contacted the manager who just said we will order you a new one and rushed me off the phone with no concern or apology. This after I had to call as I never heard when the couch would be delivered and I had to call to ask... Sandy. It is a huge and expensive sectional... beware... seems like this store has issues and takes no accountability nor try to make it right with no real concern for customer.satisfaction. Glory is the only one in the store (at least that I encountered) who was helpful and should be applauded for her work. If a customer orders something new maybe it should be given new... because that is what is paid for. Sandy needs some customer service and management skill training. Hey, Kevin Hartly (owner) word of mouth is imperative to a businesses success. Trying to pass off used furniture.. sending damaged furniture makes this shopper unwilling to recommend the Brunswick store. I'll be waiting for my "new" couch. And maybe having management follow up so i know what is going on would be a great idea. No one likes to be kept guessing. I should also mention we had been in the store twice before.our purchase. Looking at a very large electric sectional with another sales person that was not plugged in. When my husband asked.if it could be plugged in so we could check it out we were told they would have to get someone else to do.it the next day and we could come back. My husband had to plug it in for himself havint to find the cord and find the plug. Really. I will say the delivery guys from the Jesup store were very nice and embarrassed for the issues.

Put an application in for an electric bike that was already sold but display was still on the floor! Then was denied for the other bike. Not sure what they need from you to get it but it’s obviously outrageous and we wasted time coming here AND run my credit for no reason! Never again

Not happy. The furniture is beautiful, but came in boxes had to put together myself. Delivery was promised on Wednesday. I cancelled an appointment just to wait on delivery. No phone call stating they didn't have a delivery driver that day. Sales Lady Smiled took my money , Promised delivery. I had to rent a U haul to pick up my table and chairs. But had to put the chairs and table together. I will not buy anything else from this store!!!

Only one employee in store and refused to help load recliner and wanted $125 delivery fee for 349 purchase. Ridiculous!!!

Great place to shop for furniture. Employee’s are well informed and very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to walk around and shop without any pressure. Highly recommend. Satisfied with our choice so far
