First time I ever been to this location and the experience was fantastic the lady helped me right away packaged was scanned in labeled to go out in less then 4 minutes.A good place to go on lunchtime and you will not be late to go back to work.

I had a large box to ship. Mary helped with the possible price, but didn't have a big enough box. When I returned with the correct sized box she helped me get it from my truck and into the center. Thank you May for your help! ?

Super easy return. Awesome customer service. Met with a smile upon entry. Lobby/Service area was well lit and clean. Easy access from the highway. Definitely thought I would be waiting forever my the FedEx team moved quickly to move customers along professionally.
